“We already have Reya.” Reya barks out a surprised laugh as Derek shrugs. Enora lets out a delighted giggle despite her tumultuous look. Stiles even spares a glance, lips quirking from the drivers seat.

“Holy shit,” Stiles says, startling Derek. He hadn’t even noticed that Stiles had woken up. “You’ve been driving this whole time.”
Technically, he hadn’t. He’d stopped twice during the night, both times to siphon gas.
“I’m fine.”
“No you’re not,” Stiles argues. “Just let me drive, or you’re going to kill both of us.”
When Derek doesn’t reply, he sighs, then adds. “You’re gonna have to trust me at some point or this won’t work."

Listening discreetly at the front of the shop, Derek nearly knocks over a display rack.
"Even a flamethrower assembly guide. That might work."
