Summary
Your grandparents have passed away and left you their beautiful lake house in their will, so you drive up to their tiny remote town to take care of the place. It's like heaven on Earth, but for just one tiny problem--the cranky, but handsome lumberjack Sergeant James "Bucky" Barnes also lives on the lake and the two of you have a deeply antagonistic relationship. However, the lake house needs repairs and Bucky moonlights as a repair man, so you suck it up and endure his presence fixing up the lake house.
