It’s eighth year for our favorite students of Watford, which means it’s time to present their original spells.
Penny’s spell, A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, transfers the subject (in this case, simon) and their soulmate of sorts into a makeshift fantasy realm where they have to live as the protagonists in classic fairy tales until they accept their feelings towards each other.
Although... nobody could have guessed that Baz of all people was Simon’s... soulmate?
This should be fun. Or terrifying. We’ll see.

“Of course I have no idea, you’re the one who just popped up on my lap!” Luke protests, his fingertips slightly digging into her skin as if to tickle her, “I was just sitting here, working on –“ he pauses. His gaze flickers to his right, and his open notebook. He slams it shut and denies her eyes to meet his again. “Nothing. I was working on nothing.”
He never ever hid anything he was working on before. Yet she files that away for later – maybe he’s saving it for their songwriting session tonight. Her heart flutters in a treacherous hope.
