"And what am I like?"
San's eyes finally flicker up to meet Wooyoung's. The mountain against the sea. There's a tiny smile on his lips and it's tired and crooked yet somehow still the most beautiful thing Wooyoung has ever seen and he hates himself for being cursed like this. "Free. You're free."
Wooyoung has been in love with the one person he can never have for as long as he can remember. He was never planning to stay in the village—but one night changes everything, and Wooyoung is suddenly faced with a decision that will end in heartbreak no matter which path he chooses.

”Hyung,” Hongjoong mumbles into his comforter. He's probably getting drool all over it. Seonghwa hums in response, prompting Hongjoong to continue. "You'd make someone really happy, y'know? If you were in one of those silly rom-coms you like to watch, you would be the hot one who helps the disaster guy get his life back together."
"You're saying that I'm the hot one?" Seonghwa clarifies. Hongjoong almost wants to say no, because right now, there's a sliver of moonlight shining across Seonghwa's face and he doesn't look hot—he looks beautiful. The pale light brings out the silvery colour Seonghwa had dyed his hair last month and it contrasts so beautifully against his tanned skin.
"Yeah," Hongjoong says around a lump in his throat. He doesn't mean to blurt out his next words. "And I'm the disaster."
Hongjoong has always been afraid of flying too close to the sun.
But the stars don’t burn him in the same way.

“Eager,” San comments as he curls his finger, and Wooyoung presses his lips together, thighs already trembling. “So, so eager for me. You were right. No one feels like you—but no one feels like me, either. I’ll make you limp for days, princess. You’ll have to walk around with the ghost of me still inside you.”
God. Wooyoung jams his nails into the tiny gap between the bonnet and fender, his eyes slipping closed once more when he feels a second finger prod at his hole. But San pauses—suddenly there’s a hand wrapped around Wooyoung’s throat, and his eyes fly open to see the man glaring at him. “Eyes on me. You don’t look anywhere else. Got it?”
San knows exactly how to drive Wooyoung crazy—on and off the track.

There’s a beat of silence before Hongjoong finally asks the question Seonghwa has been waiting for. “Then where exactly is your freakiest place that you’ve had sex?”
The answer is instant. Seonghwa doesn’t even need to think about it.
“In a car, parked in the back of a Lotte Mart parking lot,” he replies simply, and he glances over, holding back a grin when he catches sight of the shocked expression that’s painted across Hongjoong’s face.
“You—you did what?” Hongjoong exclaims, blinking rapidly like that would help him better comprehend what Seonghwa had just revealed.
“You heard what I said,” is all Seonghwa says. It’s really fucking endearing, he thinks, how gobsmacked Hongjoong looks right now. He wonders if he could make it even worse. “How about I take your car sex virginity and give you some head, right here, right now?”
Seonghwa blows Hongjoong’s mind in the back of a blue Mercedes.
