Copia looks very called out, but can’t do much more than stare, before realizing the two ghouls beside him are waiting for an actual answer of some kind. The elevator beeps as it passes the fourth floor.
“No,” Copia says slowly, and Aether’s stomach does a little swoop. “I don’t.”

Aether is the easiest ghoul to sleep with. It’s no argument, there’s something about him that just makes everyone else feel completely safe. He’s strong, comforting, and the fact that he’s a quintessence ghoul is a bonus, able to lull anyone to sleep with a few well-placed touches. So it’s no surprise that when Dewdrop struggles with his nightmares, he invites himself into Aether’s arms. Curled up into his side and looking as small as ever, as vulnerable as ever, with Aether there to protect him.
But this time, it’s not even that Dew can’t sleep. It’s mid day and all he feels is anxious. About nothing, of course, it’s just the perpetual buzz of his nerves under his skin that keeps driving him crazy. He even said no to hugging his mates this morning. The mates he can’t peel himself away from. Something is very wrong.

From the very first time they "met", Stanley had always been drawing. Whether it was doodles, sketches, still-life drawings, or sometimes even self-portraits, when Stanley wasn't participating in the story he had a pen and paper in hand.
