Summary
Living in the outskirts of the city run by vampires for the whole of his life, Choi Yeonjun has managed to evade their attention thus far. That is, until the night of The Hunt comes and he finds himself getting entangled with one of the most powerful vampires, Choi Beomgyu.

“Will it hurt?” Yeonjun asks shakily as he looks directly into the vampire’s crimson red eyes, no longer caring about whatever potential compulsion that may happen to him.
“I can make it pleasurable for you,” the vampire murmurs softly into his ear.
Yeonjun shivers. He has never had his blood sucked by a vampire before. He has only heard of the painful stories of those who did. He has no idea how this could be pleasurable at all.
“Can you make it quick?” Yeonjun requests pleadingly.
Unexpectedly, the vampire laughs. It is not the sinister kind of laugh. Instead, it sounds… genuine. Like what Yeonjun said was funny. Like this is a hilarious situation when it is far from it.
“Yeonjun,” the vampire utters in a pitying tone. “You seem to think that you have a choice.”

“Yeonjunnie.” Beomgyu breaks the comfortable silence that falls over them.
Yeonjun opens his eyes to meet Beomgyu, finding that strange, serious expression again. He hums, waiting for the rest of his boyfriend’s sentence.
Beomgyu doesn’t keep him waiting. He awkwardly leans himself over, bringing his face closer to Yeonjun. With a chaste peck on his lips, Beomgyu says, voice low, “You look really pretty today. Like…really pretty.”

With Seoul being the kickstart of Thursday's Child mini tour, Choi Yeonjun who has been an avid fan of the band attends the show only to get caught up in an ambiguous arrangement with Choi Beomgyu, the lead guitarist of the band.

Just as he is about to keep his phone back in his pocket, a deep soft voice calls out, “Do you want me to take a picture of you?” The voice is familiar enough that it causes Yeonjun to turn around immediately, almost giving himself a whiplash. His surprise must have shown on his face because the man in front of him smiles in amusement.
“What?” Yeonjun croaks out, unable to believe that he is talking to one of the members of his favourite band.
“I asked if you want me to take a picture of you with your phone,” Beomgyu replies in a smooth voice. “You were taking selfies and I thought that it would be a waste not to take a picture of your full outfit.” His eyes rake over Yeonjun’s whole body pointedly.
