“Wemmbu?” Wato questioned, just to be sure. The last time she’d seen him like this (the only time), he’d been actively starving to death, abandoned and alone in their escape room. It had been so long, and he was normally so unapologetically alive, that she had nearly forgotten.
Wato stumbles upon an unexpectedly distressed Wemmbu. Neither of them really know how to navigate the ensuing interaction.

The cold, washing feeling of the firm grip that invisibility always had on Wemmbu letting go was jarring.
Obviously, he had known something was wrong that morning when he downed another sickly bitter and sizzling potion. Obviously, he knew that when it burnt a little extra going down and sparked a lot more as it rid him from sight, that something was horribly wrong.
