Summary
There are many shared moments between Tim and Lucy that are talked about after the fact; whether it's discussing something that had happened on shift that day, or a funny story told to embarrass one another in front of friends and coworkers. But then there are other moments, much more private and meaningful than the others, and once they are over, they are never talked about again.

Summary
This will be the hardest thing they’ve ever faced together. There is a tidal wave headed for them, and they don’t see it coming. Life keeps going, and they have to find a way to keep going too. A story told with some humor and some heartache, but ultimately a story about love and family.

Summary
“Stop,” he says, his voice gruff, and Lucy has to bite her cheek to keep from whining.
“Stop what. I’m not doing anything.”
“You know what you’re doing,” he snaps, and Lucy smirks as she turns in her seat. The way she sits causes her top to stretch, and he finds himself distracted by how the necklace he’d bought her sits so perfectly between her breasts.
“This wouldn’t be an issue if you’d taken me up on my offer…” she teases, and Tim closes his eyes as he pulls into the restaurant parking lot. He parks near the back, a fact that doesn’t escape Lucy’s notice, and then turns the truck off before turning to face her fully.
“Are you going to be able to behave during dinner?” he asks, and Lucy grins as she bites her lip.
“What if I say no?”
