Summary
The night before, she was partying in her twenty-one-year-old body, in a too-small apartment with bad music and good wine.
The next day, she was seventeen.
Not symbolically nor metaphorically, unfortunately, but literally, younger little face and all. Really, at this point, all she was missing was a school uniform.
Disorienting, yes. But, Morgan Morningstar didn't panic. Never. She wasn’t alone in this situation, and she did recognized this town and these forests that never seem to end.
She has read these books and knows the story, kind of. So she was simply going to : touch nothing, let Bella Swan fall in love with her shining vampire, let the "great love story" unfold as planned, and above all, the most important truly, not get involved.
It did sounds perfect, really.
Except that Emollen seems to disagree.
And Morgan, who thought she'd move through this story as an irritated spectator, is starting to understand that the story has already changed.
That something in Edward calls and something in her responds. Despite him, despite her.
She knew this story, yes.
But never planned on becoming a character in it.
