Figaro knows he can’t do everything on his own, but he tries his hardest to offer support and bring Faust back to the present. He really does.

Summary
He recognizes who Shylock is mentioning, he enjoys playing around with the intricacies of thought and utilizing someone’s internal doubts like a doll in his dollhouse. To watch someone focus on concepts never once considered, especially for wizards that live such long, boring lives? It is one of life’s more personally gratifying delights.
He knew he could venture too far, however, he had never yet faced the consequences for doing so. He still had not. Shylock had paid the price.

Itoshi Sae is lives his life as a normal college student after permanent damage to his legs. Shidou Ryusei is a mercenary whose whole life feels meaningless as he goes through the motions of killing. He’s also in love with the stingy college student he’s hooking up with.
Or, Sae is under the assumption that he’s dead weight now, but Ryusei is going to bridal carry him without second thought. Things go awry from there.

“What? Sorry?” Reo lets out a sound that resembles something between a laugh and a sob, “Yeah, you’ve said that-”
“I’m in love with you.” The silence that follows is suffocating. Nagi always thought saying it would feel relieving. That, somehow, admitting he’s in love with Reo would lift this invisible weight off of his shoulders, but instead, uttering those words out loud just makes him feel like his heart is being torn to shreds.
Nagi apologizes to Reo while on break from Blue Lock, and it goes about as well as one can expect.
