I think it's overall, I mean I like a fic wherein Akutagawa is so inlove with Atsushi. And this is one of those.

Summary
Akutagawa is possessive— he sticks close to Atsushi when they’re together, he is restless when they’re not and he finds himself looking at the younger boy everytime they part ways on a mission. Akutagawa is possessive, a little too overprotective for his own good.
And maybe Atsushi is fine with that.

Summary
Akutagawa showing and telling Atsushi that he loves him is one thing but Atsushi actually believing him is another.
“I didn’t think it was an issue because I love you and I just thought that I’d cherish everything before you...you know...leave?”
Ryūnosuke’s face twists into a grimace. “What gave you the idea that I would?”
“I just know. Everyone does. I’m just waiting.”
It seems like the other man wants to say something else, the deep breath he takes is indicative of a harsh retort but he seems to swallow it down with great effort. He turns his back and reaches for the balcony doors. “I need air.”
And it’s just as Atsushi thought.
They’d leave eventually.
But before he can fully form that conclusion, Ryūnosuke turns back just before stepping out. He looks determined, the look is similar to when he’s about to solve a complicated puzzle. Strangely, it quiets Atsushi’s mind. “I love you, Atsushi. It may not sink in now and I’m sorry I’ve hardly said it but one day everything’s going to make sense and you will get rid of this disease.”

Summary
After a serious attack from an ability user, both Atsushi and Akutagawa are hospital-ridden for a month.
Atsushi isn’t happy in the slightest, and the trip to recovery definitely isn’t an easy one, but spending his days getting to know all the hidden parts of Akutagawa is manageable enough.
(More than manageable. Atsushi might be falling in love.)

Atsushi had once seen Rashomon as the black beast that, as Ryuunosuke once described it himself, a monster that devoured anything and everything. It was an omen of death, violence and blood. And for a long time, Atsushi believed him.
Then, things changed.
And he didn't see it that way anymore. Not when things had changed this much between them.
