Jimin ran his fingers along his wrist and felt for his pulse, and sure enough, it was racing. His body felt restless, itching to shift and move to expend the adrenaline that he just built up. That man was.. that man was just like that fucking creature on the canvas. Dark, and violent, and menacing. And yet.
And yet, god, was he just as angelic.
In an appalling turn of events, that man was breathtakingly handsome.
Jimin didn't even get to fully take him in, and he was enraptured. Everything about that man seemed volatile, and yet Jimin wanted to see more. He wanted to know more. He wanted to see what other expressions could grace his face. What other sounds he'd make. What other profanities would sound like falling from his lips. Fuck, Jimin needed to know.
And so, his attachment to Jeon Jungkook began.

“No,” she replies, less irritated this time . “I’m the ugly duckling.”
“Well it’s a terrible costume, you don’t look very ugly.”
He freezes.
He’s not sure what made him say that, maybe it was the strange need he felt to see this stranger’s spirits lifted. For a few horrifying seconds he’s terrified he’s creeped her out and that she might think he was trying to hit on her or something and then she’d throw her drink in his face and leave. He’s considering the best escape route when he hears a sound.
She’s laughing.
It’s sharp and bright sound, unapologetic and intrusive like it had escaped out of her. The laughter seems to release some tension from her because she readjusts her position so she’s leaning on the counter opposite to him. She looks him up and down again but this time with a mischievous curiosity.
