i found this a little after i started the show, maybe s2 or 3, reading episode analysis after i watched an ep all the way to the end. i think this got me to binging this show Hard with it being so long (along with the knowledge of a 100k+ fic on these 2 and the small community for them..), i finished in like 9 days. i'm bookmarking this as i return to this constantly for episode references and the analysis as well as the fic recs -- ♡

:( x 100!!! the gmw writers were SO sick for having cory say that shawn got him a ring when they were 25 and that topanga doesn't let him wear it?? i was already heart smacked after the wedding ep of shawn being all distraught that cory's getting married then 15 yrs later, THIS!!? shawn loves cory so much, really, the s4 engraved watch and then the ring. he wants to be with cory wherever cory goes, a piece of me with you even when i'm not there. shawn is a big romantic, + the poem remix of two roads diverged!! AND I CHOOSE THE ONE THAT LEADS BACK TO YOUR HOUSE. also i do feel bad for topanga, i can't imagine being in her place like ok my husband's best friend is closer to him than me :/ what the hell But also feeling like maybe there's more happening between them , SICK TO MY STOMACH... Incoherent rambling over, i dont take gmw as canon but i will take the Rings -- ♡
