Summary
Kakashi's got a secret. He's managed to keep it hidden since he was a child, with only the Hokage really aware of his weakness. But Tsunade's fed up with him, and is giving him a short amount of time to figure himself out. It's now or never.
He knows he can't do this alone anymore. He's ready to ask for help, but now the problem is the only person he trusts to help him is Umino Iruka, and Iruka openly does not like Kakashi one bit.
Oh, and he's also in love with Iruka, just to make things worse.

Summary
All Kakashi can do is sigh as he takes another step forward, sliding his hand out of his pocket and resting it on Iruka’s shoulder. Iruka gasps, his shoulders tensing as Kakashi says, “Come on. Why don’t you come to my place, we can talk this over if you want.”
Before Iruka can even reply, Kakashi removes his hand from his shoulder and takes a step back. With a salute, he turns and jumps off the roof, aiming for the building next door. The swish of the air behind him confirms that he was right in thinking that Iruka wouldn’t decline his offer
OR: Iruka is still worried that Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura aren't ready for the Chunin Exams, so Kakashi invites him over for a much needed break.

Summary
When Naruto is kidnapped from his orphanage at age three, Kakashi is so done with this shit. He gets Naruto back, tells the Hokage where to go (politely, because he isn't suicidal), and raises the boy himself. Or, you know, tries and is proud when there aren't too many explosions.
Then everybody starts to copy him and it's a whole thing.

Summary
Exasperated with the ever-increasing number of well-meaning but annoying busybodies who seem to think he needs a man in his life, Iruka finally breaks down and asks Kakashi to be his fake-boyfriend in order to keep the wannabe-matchmakers off his back.
The only problem is, Kakashi turns out to be a much better boyfriend than Iruka anticipated.
