Summary
It happened right around 8:45, tucked into the thin fold of space between his barely eaten bowl of soup being cleared from the table and his wine glass being dutifully refilled for the fifth or sixth time. The main course was minutes away. The sky outside was a pretty violet color, dark enough at the edges that it was hard to tell where exactly the sea pressed up to meet it. Prince Stolas of the Ars Goetia, newly 22 years old, took a measured breath, looked around the opulent dining room filled to the brim with laughing, unbothered nobility, and realized with absolute clarity that he was going to have to kill himself.

Stolas is a miserable passenger on a luxury cruise in Envy, traveling with his fiancée and her brother in the days before his very much arranged wedding. Meanwhile, Blitzø is a stowaway on that very same cruise, in pursuit of a target that will help him keep his floundering assassination business (and two newlywed employees) afloat a little longer. When their paths (literally) collide, all bets are off and things sure do happen, both in a hot-and-heavy way and a oh-shit-this-boat-is-DEFINITELY-gonna-sink way.

Summary
Most teenagers couldn’t wait for their 18th birthday, because for most teenagers it symbolized a time when you truly gained your independence and had the freedom to do what you wanted when you wanted.
For Stolas, turning 18 felt like the exact opposite.
“What if you married someone terrible? Like… someone super embarrassing, or whatever… that even if your Dad made you get a divorce no one wanted to marry you because of how terrible they were?” Blitzø asked.
Stolas stared at him for a long while before answering. “I am marrying someone terrible and embarrassing. Her name is Stella.”
“No, Stols.. what I’m saying is what if you married someone like an imp? Wouldn’t that be enough to make them not want you anymore? Matter of fact, make it a dude, just to really drive it home to the other Geotia that you’re totally unhinged.”

Or; Stolas and Blitzø remained friends after meeting as children, and Blitzø has the brilliant plan for them to get married to tarnish the Prince's reputation so that no other Goetia will want to marry him. And for absolutely NO other reason, or ulterior motive. At all.

Summary
The sunlight felt blinding when they eventually exited the copse, so much so that he squinted his eyes and almost missed the house that lay right on the edge of the forest. He opened his eyes in earnest just in time to see a man exit the woods, an axe slung over his shoulder and his eyes cast downwards at his muddy boots. Stolas instinctively turned in his seat to watch through the back window as the man wiped the hair from his face with one hand. Just before the car turned a corner and the man and his house dipped from view, he looked up sharply at the car, and his deep brown eyes met Stolas’s wide greys.
Then he was gone, and the road stretched out impossibly far between them, and suddenly the cab had reached the town.
Or, Father Stolas moves to a small town. He meets every resident during his first service; everyone, that is, save for the quiet, scarred man who lives on the outskirts of the forest.

Summary
Blitz is a private investigator trying to balance his job, his past, and his new life trying to be a father. When he has to speak with his newly-fostered teenager's homeroom teacher about her performance in class, the meeting goes about as horribly as it can.
That should have been the end of it. But when a new client arrives with the promise of a significant payday when he's struggling for funds, Blitz finds himself having to slide back into the teacher's life to get into his good graces.
