Summary
Remus doesn't expect anything from his dead father on his 16th birthday. But then a letter comes in the post. A letter with a LOT of money. And it's his father's dying wish that he uses his inheritance to go to Dalton Academy - a prep school in rural Scotland, where Remus knows nobody.
He's not built for this life - since Lyall's death him and Hope have been barely scraping by. He's been attending a comprehensive in Clapham, where drugs, booze and daily fights are a given. Dalton Academy sounds like his worst nightmare, full of rich twats prancing about.
Not to mention he'll be leaving behind his best friend Ash, who he's never been separated from. But maybe - just maybe, Dalton Academy will give Remus exactly what he didn't know he was missing.
A fic set in the 70s, with booze, drugs and lots of mischief.
