Neil comes back from his morning run to find Andrew, neck bent in concentration, running his mouth down the length of Kevin’s bare chest. The careful light slipping through the cracks in the blinds turns Kevin’s skin a deep red and creates a golden halo out of Andrew’s hair where it falls against his face, hiding his expression. Neil settles against the opposite bunk, watching them from across the room.

Kevin started going to therapy at the beginning of the fall semester. It hadn’t been his idea, nor was he particularly happy about it. He could barely talk to the Foxes about his issues– and when he did, he definitely wasn’t sober– so how was he supposed to talk to a total stranger about it?
