This is just self-indulgent fluff, but worry not, I’ll eventually learn how to write angst and smut. I sort of picture it as the continuation of my previous fic, but it can be read as a stand-alone.

I’ve been learning Japanese for a while and hana=flower, hanabi=fireworks, hanabira=petal, setsuna=fleeting (there’s a poetic meaning to it). Although the song references a passionate relationship that doesn’t last long (hence the fleeting fireworks), I very much dig the reference to flower petals. -
