Summary
Sequel to Shadow Relations. Reading the previous stories in this series might be necessary to understand this. Tags added as needed.
When Ryou and Bakura are captured, a frantic and furious Marik goes to the Pharaoh for help. Since Kaiba has some unfinished business is another reality that involves Yami and Yugi, he decides to kill two birds with one stone. Pity Jounouchi isn't letting his friends go alone and Marik will murder anyone who keeps him from his boyfriends.
Meanwhile, Ryou and Bakura must escape the clutches of their estranged father. They learn the hard way that in a reality where even time is a commodity that can be bought, only two things are worth killing for: more time and something new. Something like a living Ka and Ba. Ryou can only hope he and Bakura can warn Kaiba and Yugi of the hunters out for their souls before it's too late.
Chapter 4 summary: In which Ryou and Bakura meet someone who may or may not be a friend while hanging out and Kaiba and Seth finally reunite with someone they were beginning to fear they would never see or hold ever again.
