He shone like the stars in the sky and every touch was electrifying.
In the months beforehand they had noticed it, a spark too fleeting to mention to each other at first, but then it had grown. Never had they felt any guilt because of it. He was a part of them, just as they were a part of each other, and it was no surprise that deeper feelings were starting to stir, a chain reaction being set off by a single spark.
When they pulled him aside to invite him in, they could feel it. The subtle tingle pulsing through their skin, the static on their lips. He slotted into place with a final jolt and they felt whole again.
