Summary
A short interlude to "Where the Shadows Lie." Takes place about midway through Chapter 7. I recommend you read that first, though it's not necessary.
After saving Dean from Purgatory and helping him heal physically, Sam has spent the past few months helping his brother cope with the emotional trauma. Using movies, drawing, and trips to the park, Sam hopes new, calming experiences will spark memories of happier times and bring his brother back to him. One particularly hot day, Sam takes Dean to the park and shows him the sprinklers.
