Ochako's eyes widened as she looked up at Momo's mansion. She knew her classmate was rich, but she hadn't expected her house to be this big.
She knocked on the door, and a few moments later, it swung open. She jumped back as a maid answered the door, a smile on her face.
"You must be one of Yaomomo's classmates. Follow me. The girls are all out in the back." Ochako followed her through the house, gaping at the fancy furniture and the grandeur of the place around her, as the maid led her out the back door leading to the pool.
As the door was opened, and Ochako stepped out onto the pool deck, five heads all shot up.
"Ochako!" Mina's loud voice cheered. The pink skinned girl was dressed in a white bikini, and only her head was above the water. Jirou flashed Ochako a peace sign and grin from where she was perched on a tube.
With a mischievous grin, Mina ducked underwater. Jirou frowned, and Ochako stifled her laugh as Mina popped up under Jirou's tube and upheaved her into the water. The tube flipped over, and Jirou emerged, sputtering and shrieking. She splashed at Mina who swam away, laughing maniacally.
"You're an asshole!"
"Sorry babe!"
"Ochako, welcome." Momo smiled climbing up the pool ladder and waking over to greet her. Ochako hugged her friend.
"Thanks so much for having us over, Yaomomo."
"Anytime." Momo smiled. "Tsuyu will be happy to know you've arrived at last, she just went inside the kitchen to get a drink. And Tooru," Momo's frown deepened as she realized her girlfriend was nowhere to be seen. "Wait a moment." Momo's eyes widened as she noticed the bikini discarded on the side of the pool.
"Momo! Watch this! Cannon ball!" A voice yelled from the diving board, and moments later, there was a splash of water. It sprayed Momo and Ochako both who yelped and backed up. Laughter rose up from the pool, and Momo put a hand on her hip, glaring at where the sound came from.
"Tooru, you need to keep your clothes on!"
"Aw, are you embarrassed by seeing me naked?" Tooru teased, and Momo flushed.
"I can't even see you!" Ochako laughed as the two shouted at one another, Tooru laughing and Momo blushing but seeming to enjoy the exchange.
"Ochako, you're here."
Ochako jumped at Tsuyu's voice. She turned around to see the girl there, dressed in a one piece suit and her hair up in a bun. She held a cup in one hand filled with a clear bubbling liquid that looked like soda.
"Tsuyu!"
The two exchanged a hug, Tsuyu careful not to spill her soda, and Ochako making sure not to bump her too much and cause it to fall.
Ochako kissed Tsuyu on the cheek, and the other girl flushed red.
"Are you guys gonna come swim or just make out?" Mina yelled from the pool, waving at them. She squealed as Jirou grabbed her around the waist and pulled her underwater.
Blushing, Tsuyu set her soda down on the side of the pool. Ochako dipped her foot in the water and shivered.
"It's cold."
"Don't worry, it warms up once you get in." Tsuyu reassured her.
"That's because you love the water, Tsuyu!"
"If you don't jump in, I'll pull you in myself." Mina warned. Ochako stuck her tongue out at her, and then blushed as Tsuyu grabbed her hand.
"We'll jump in together, ok?" She smiled at Ochako. Ochako's cheeks flushed.
"Ok."
"Gay!" Tooru yelled at them. Momo, who had jumped in the pool in an effort to drag Tooru out, started swimming towards the source of her voice.
"One, two," Tsuyu counted. "Three!"
Ochako braced herself as the two jumped off the ledge. She accidentally activated her quirk as they jumped causing both of them to float in the air, inches from the water.
Ochako flushed, and Tsuyu laughed, squeezing her hand. Mina and Jirou exchanged a mischievous look and both splashed over.
Ochako's eyes widened as she realized what the two girls were planning.
"Wait, no!"
Mina grabbed Ochako's legs and Jirou grabbed Tsuyu's as they pulled both girls into the water. There was a loud splash and yelling as the two hit the water.
All four popped up from beneath the surface, coughing and laughing. Momo sent them all an exasperated but warm look, and Tooru's giggles could be heard from somewhere in the shallow end.
After the sun set, all six girls sat around the fire pit on the pool deck, wrapped in towels. Momo had convinced Tooru to wear one of her sweatshirts, and the invisible girl was now dressed in an oversized purple sweatshirt.
All of them were roasting marshmallows. Mina's kept catching on fire leading to Jirou and Momo trying to put it out before it spread. Ochako took a bite of her s'more and glanced at Tsuyu who was enjoying her own one. A smile spread across Ochako's face.
She was grateful for this peaceful time together. They'd had a rough first year so far, and only more trials and trouble were to come.
But for now, she would cherish this time with her friends and girlfriend, just trying to make the most of it and enjoying their company.
