Chapter Text

{instrumental}

Several pencil strokes come together, as though like it was fire. The fire finishes as it’s revealed to be a sketch of Kamen Rider Dante, a splash of color later and it’s revealed to be Setsuna’s drawing. It then comes to life and rider punches the screen, showing the title:

CINDER ROAD

Kanae rareru yume bakari de

Hoshi lies down in bed. A sketch of a woman’s hand caresses his hand before it catches on fire and burns.

Afureteta DAYS

Hoshi gets up to see the rest of the sketch, who looks similar to Setsuna, burn away.

Itsumo miteta wonderland

Hoshi grips his arm as his room dissolves to a different room. It soon shows that he has the Volcano Belt on and is in a room full of Creations and Creators all affiliated with the government.

Ima wa doko ni aru no?

Hoshi looks to see Celesia, Meteora, Rui, Yuuya, and Souta. As Rui waves and Yuuya just scoffs, Souta looks at Hoshi with what appeared to be remorse. Hoshi just looks to him as the screen lights on fire and it burns away to the next scene.

Kimi no naka ni kizamareteru

Hoshi pedals hard on his bike before Kamen Rider Dante on the Machine Inferner drives by and shatters Hoshi, reducing him to ash as he drives forward.

Arifureta BEAT

There, Dante sees Alicetaria riding on her flying horse beside him.

Motto volume agete

Mamika appears next to her, also flying and gives Dante a smile.

Ano hi no data load shite

Dante’s helmet fades away, revealing it to be Hoshi, as he smiles back. The three ride off into the sunset…

Miyou yo

The sunset fades to the Military Uniform Princess’s mouth as she smirks.

Tachi...aga...ru denshi on to

It cuts to small scenes drawn as sketches detailing Celesia hugging Hoshi (much to his chagrin), Meteora pointing to a blackboard with an outline of temperatures drawn on it, Hoshi grabbing onto Rui and screaming for dear life as they fly in Gigas Machina, and Yuuya and Dante clashing.

Kasa...naru...mune no kodou

The next few sketches include Hoshi resting next to a vigilant Alicetaria, Hoshi patting Mamika on the head, Hoshi lying down and laughing to Magane’s talking, and Blitz pointing his gun at Dante.

Atsuku naru vibration

The final few sketches are Celesia having Souta and Hoshi shake hands, Setsuna, Souta, and Hoshi meeting for the first time, and finally Hotaro handing Hoshi his Rider Belt. This drawing becomes painted as it zooms into the Belt, turning bright red.

Ugokidase PEOPLE GAME

Fire erupts as Kamen Rider Dante begins to fight several sketches of generic mooks.

Kono sekai HERO GAME

Some of the sketches come alive, becoming the Creations as Dante fights them as well.

Kakemeguru idenshi no senritsu ninotte

He punches Hangaku, then leaps into the air and Rider Kicks Alicetaria before rushing past Blitz and throwing a punch towards the Military Uniform Princess who proceeds to send several swords at him.

Maiagare PEOPLE GAME

A sketch of Hoshi on his knees crying in the streets soon burns to show a muscular version of Dante with what appeared to be pulsing red veins.

Sono tsubasa HERO GAME

A sketch of Hoshi being held by Marine as it flies away to show a thinner version of Dante with a pink scarf and what appeared to be light red currents of wind.

Itsuka mita risou no jibun koete

One final sketch shows Hotaro doing his Henshin Pose before it burns away to show Hoshi preforming his own Henshin.

Kagayaku mirai e

Several sketches of different characters, including Matsubara, Honoka, Nobuo, Kikuchihara, Jurougumo, Suraga, and then finally Dante as it burns to show the actual Dante riding on his bike.

{instrumental}

Dante rides off as lines began to get drawn around him, forming into triangles. Eventually it’s revealed that he’s riding on an empty road as the triangles formed what appeared to be a cage. The cage then burns, revealing the title card once again.

Chapter Text

[Instrumental, 0:10-0:13]

Silhouettes of Link and Lewis fly towards the screen as they do heroic slashing motions, several of these shades are colored blue or red to denote Lewis’ other forms. As the silhouette of Lewis in his Courage Form preforming the Rider Kick closes in on the screen, it becomes green.

[Instrumental, 0:18-0:20]

The green soon turns into a grassy field as we see Link and Lewis standing, overlooking the land of Hyrule in a shot that homages the ending to Blade’s second opening. For a brief moment, Lewis splits into three forms, his Courage, Wisdom, and Power forms, all aligned in their respective place in the Triforce.

I sigh, saying that I’m fine with every breath of mine

We open with Link and Lewis sitting by the fires during night time. Link sharpens a sword while Lewis looks at the open night sky.

This regret, it leaves another bitter taste, yeah

He sighs as he looks at the stars blinking about, some of them forming an outline of his belt, the Triforce Driver. The camera pans up from the constellation to a full moon.

Why does the sun shine,

The moon becomes the sun and pans downwards to Link and Lewis on their mounts, Link on Epona and Lewis on the Machine Eponer.

But only when I slip and make a new mistake?

We get a side view of the two riders as half-faded characters pass by them, all of them related to Link’s past such as Zelda, the King, Impa, and the four Champions.

‘Cause I hate the feeling it’s all a waste

Paya also gets a half-faded character image, but it soon becomes full once she reaches to Lewis, cutting to him and Link in Impa’s hut, mirroring the scene where Link and Lewis find out what they need to do to save Hyrule.

If I could cut away my fate with this blade,

We zoom into a lit torch as it shows Calamity Ganon, several of his monster minions, and a silhouette of a person who grips his fist, a glowing triangle appearing on the back of its hand.

I would, if that’d let me re-start

Smash cuts to Lewis flinging himself upwards and waking himself from a nightmare as he and Link are at a campfire. He realizes the world isn’t destroyed yet and he sighs in relief. Link pats him on the back and ushers him to go back to sleep.

But something tells me if that happened,

Lewis looks at the campfire some more before looking at his three Triforce Jewels. We then see the fire as we see one more fiery vision:

I might not see you there

A sleeping Zelda being imprisoned by shadowy flames, the same flames that symbolize Calamity Ganon.

I’m only held by

We have fast cuts of Lewis preparing the Courage Jewel, inserting it into his Driver, and transforming into Kamen Rider Triforce.

the limit inside my soul

There’s more fast cuts to Lewis fighting several monsters, including an army of Bokoblins. Some of these cuts also include Lewis in his Wisdom and Power forms.

The voice in my heart

There’s more fast cuts, but this time showing Link kicking some ass as well.

I trust it will break the mold that it holds

There’s some more fast cuts, but this time it shows Link and Lewis, the latter in Rider form, riding as Link aims at a berserk Guardian. There’s a slow mo shot of the two riding as a Guardian lunges at the duo.

Wonder how long I have left with you,

It then cuts to the two sitting on top of the beaten Guardian as Link offers Lewis a piece of cooked bass. Lewis chuckles and takes it. The two have an indistinct conversation before they stop and look each other in the eyes.

in this life

It then zooms into Lewis’ eye, though it soon changes to Triforce (Courage Form)’s eye and zooms out to him and Link confronting Calamity Ganon and his mysterious shadowy figure.

There’s not a minute we should waste

Link and Lewis both glare at Calamity Ganon, drawing their swords and giving out a scream.

CAPTURE THE MOMENT!

The two do a slash that cross each other and flash white.

[Instrumental, 1:47-1:50]

There is a fast montage of all the moments seen across the story, including some scenes that’ll occur in the current chapter. It always changes, effectively becoming a “Previously on” and a “Today on” moment at the same time. The last shot that remains the same is Kamen Rider Triforce doing his Rider Kick again, but this time, not in a silhouette, but rather a full shot. As the Rider kicks the screen, it flashes white.

[Instrumental, 1:56-End]

It cuts to the same grassy field, but this time, with a distinct lack of Link or Lewis, instead, it pans to the sky as the title shows up:

{Instrumental}

We cut to various mugshots of characters in the following order: Midori, Jaune, Laser, Cinder, Yang, Blake, Weiss, and Ruby. Each of them are colored differently: Midori is gold, Jaune is pink, Laser is yellow, Cinder is dark purple, Ruby is navy, Weiss is cyan, Blake is blue, and Yang is red. As the eight are shown, it shows the title:

Between us…

In a white void, Masamune Dan smiles before he fades away into pixels. Midori stands behind him, holding the Buggle Driver Drei.

There is

As he lowers it, his shadow morphs into Super Gamedeus.  

something warm…

The void becomes a dark blue as it cuts to Hojo Emu unconscious in a sea of water.

It’s burning…

The camera pans up from underwater to above and shows Jaune standing on water, Gamer Driver on his waist and Mighty Action X in his hand.

Love and hate, I don’t know, I don’t know

Parad stands on a cliff as a large Nevermore flies past him. Cinder walks up next to him and as it cuts to the front of the cliff, Graphite and Lovlika, in their monster forms, stand next to her while the Fantasy and Simulations Gamers hover above the group.

Take my hand!

A white sleeved hand gives Ruby the BangBang Shooting Gashat before it fades away into pixels. The pixels pass into Ruby.

I really

Ruby stands in the ruined temple where she and JNPR picked up the relics as Weiss, Blake, Yang, Nora, Pyrrha, and Ren all hold different colored Gashats.

don’t know

Ebony and Ivory’s hands grab the Doctor Mighty Double XX Gashat at the same time.

What I’m

CRDL stand menacingly before they change into Ride-Players.

Talking about but, (YEAH!)

A red eyed bird flies over a desolated village, swooping right into the camera. As we get a closeup of its face, it changes to Lazer’s face in its Level 2 form suddenly lighting up.

Winter hating love!

Midori and Jaune transform into their respective Rider and rush to fight in a park in the middle of the night, the same park that Emu and Masamune had their final battle.

Even if winter’s coming, I’m not afraid!

Team RWBY, in their Rider forms, slash/shoot through an army of Grimm and Bugsters before Yang leaps forward and delievers a punch to Parad, who transforms into Kamen Rider Para-DX’s Perfect Puzzle form to intercept it.

Singing, burning, and becoming fire!

Lazer drives through several explosions as Ebony and Ivory, as White Doctor and Black Doctor respectively, fight Lovlika and Graphite (also respectively) on a cliffside not far away.

I don’t feel the cold!

Cinder just smirks and as her eyes flare up, both Fantasy and Simulations Gamers merge with her as she transforms with a flash of light and tremors.

Winter hating love!

Pyrrha, meanwhile, is fighting against the four Ride-Players.

Even if blood is linked,

Kuroto Dan cackles as he too fades away into pixels. The room becomes dark before it suddenly becomes lit by Roman’s cigar.

sex is free!

The 10 Proto Gashat’s are super imposed and over around Roman as a dark miasma envelopes below him.

Singing, burning, and becoming fire!

It eventually becomes a huge battle royale as MIEL, RWBY, JNPR, CRDL, and Cinder’s group all fight each other.

I’m tired now, it’s over.

It zooms in on Midori, Jaune, and Ruby in their Rider Forms. Midori and Jaune clash swords as Ruby points both Crescent Rose and the Gashacon Magnum (Rifle Mode) at the both of them.

GAME OF, GAME OF, GAME OF, GAME OF THRONES!

It cuts to the four graduating teams with a shot of them in their civilian outfits and a ghostly image of their Rider forms above them. In order it’s CRDL, RWBY, JNPR, and then MIEL. Once MIEL is shown, it zooms in on Midori’s face as he smirks, the image of Gamedeus superimposed over him.

WOOO!

It cuts to the title again: THE ONLY WINNER HERE.

Chapter Text

fureta kokoro wa kagayaita azayaka na iro ni natte

A pastel-drawn version of the Literature Club, with all its members, are just hanging out and talking to each other in their room. It zooms in on Yuuki as he’s reading a book.

habataku yo kibou nosete

It soon cuts to a drawing of Yuuki becoming drowsy and beginning to fall asleep. It then cuts to the book Yuuki is reading, which shows…

Four characters: a pirate, a bike, a fairy, and a hulking monster, all standing on some rocks by the ocean.

The drawing comes to life as the four stand dramatically and waves crash. The title fades in: KAMEN RIDER LITERATURE CLUB

Itsumo monokuro datta

The scene cuts to Yuuki walking to school with a frown on his face.

hitomi no oku no

Sayori soon runs up to him as Yuuki turns to her. She says something to him, and while it's inaudible, it's enough to make Yuuki's frown go away.

keshiki sutetara

The two are joined by Machi, who leaps in and hugs them by the shoulders. The three grin as they continue their walk to school.

yume mitsuketa

During a shot of their backs as they walk to school, we see, in the far left side of the screen, Kagami watching on with interest as he stands in the middle of a reflective window.

nani mo nai sekai de

Natsuki is in the club as she reaches up the closet to grab her manga. She lets out a sigh of relief as she pulls out the manga.

tsukuru kizuna wa

Yuri, meanwhile, is pouring herself a cup of tea. We have a cut to show her table is full of sketches for various weapons, among them is the Litsaber.

tsuyoi ishi ataeta

Monika frowns and looks down before she hears the door open. She smiles and gets up to greet the people.

uragaeshita

Yuuki, Sayori, and Machi enter the Literature Club, Sayori waving to them.

nichijou de mata

Machi runs up to Natsuki and gives her a hug, much to her chagrin as she tries to shove him off.

hashitte yuku saki ni

Yuuki, meanwhile, runs out to see outside the window and notices dozens of pages scattering about.

kimi ga ita

Yuuki sports a small look of fear and anguish before he closes his eyes. When he opens them again, his face shifts to that of confidence as the camera zooms in.

fureta

Three things happen during this cut: Kagami standing on top a roof where the pages are flying, the pirate standing by the ocean and giving a smirk, and an open Litbook that is flipping through pages.

kokoro wa kagayaita

Yuuki shouts "Let's read!" before he shoves the Adventure Litbook into the Book Driver. He opens the book and transforms into Kamen Rider Litclub’s Adventure Story.

azayaka na iro ni natte

He then brandishes the Litsaber. Another cut shows him rushing into battle and cutting through dozens of Bookworms on the beach where the characters were.

habataku yo

We see the five members of BookEND; Kagami, Draco, Grimmwolf, Beastein, and Peltston (the first two in their human forms, the last three in their Honster forms) standing over a large cliffside, the sky blood red as several pages begin to burn up.

kibou nosete

Grimmwolf then leaps into the battle and attempts to strike at Yuuki. He sidesteps and flips through the pages. With a flash, we cut to him using his hook to attack.

mugen ni hirogaru sora no

It cuts to a different scene where Yuuki opens the Fantasy Litbook and turns into his fairy-based Fantasy Story as he flies around the starry night sky and uses the Litsaber as a wand.

shita atsumatta

Another scene has use the Horror Litbook and becomes his monster-like Horror Story, using his brute strength to break through a brick wall and cross blows with Beastein

negai mamori susumeba

Yuuki and his friends are running to what seems to be a cliff, which is soon revealed to be the edge of a page leading into the middle crease of the book. Yuuki and Machi leap towards the crease and come to the other page, though now as Litclub and Machine Pickstar respectively as they drive down the beach.

mada dare mo shiranai

Yuuki suddenly wakes up from his dream as he sees Sayori and the others looking at him and smiling. He chuckles and looks out the window.

ashita he to

The final three beats show three final shots, one featuring Niwa adjusting his glasses, Daitaro putting on his leather jacket, and Oichi adjusting her cap. The final shot of the opening is of the Literature Club standing side by side with the four characters from the beginning, with Yuuki standing next to the pirate, Sayori next to the fairy, and Natsuki, Yuri, and Monika standing in a group near the bike and the monster.

Chapter Text

{instrumental}

Rick and Morty stand before a bright light as a large wall begins to erect itself. As Ryuga runs to catch up to the two, the narrator speaks up:

“It has been one year since Rick and Morty came to help Katsuragi, however, they fell into a web of secrets and lies. What will be uncovered as they Build Up?”

Rick, during the narration, grips his fists upon looking at who’s at top of the wall. A camera shot pans behind them before panning to the sky, cuing the title:

Build the Rick

Before I know you

Morty plugs in a Full Bottle, then another, and jumps in joy as he discovers a Best Match. He picks up the belt and runs off…

I thought I was a normal kid

As the Build Driver enters the view of the camera, the crank part of the belt soon shifts to a marker. Rick, meanwhile, is writing down equations on a white board.

But Right Now,

As Rick dramatically swipes as the mark soon turns into an arm. Ryuga is boxing in the ring.

I found a way to live dirty

With one more punch, the boxing glove changes into a hand holding up a peace sign. A cut shows Misora in her Miitan persona jumping about and being her cheery self on screen.

I thought that you hated me

As she lands, it cuts to a coffee cup being placed down. Souichi is offering coffee to Morty as he drinks it, though he ends up spitting it out.

But you always guarded me

The resulting splatter of coffee changes to blood on the ground as Sawa takes a few photos of a crime scene.

If you hurt me,

As the camera flashes once more, the light fades to Gentoku as he overlooks the Pandora Box.

I know it’s to make me strong

The camera pans down the Pandora Box as it becomes the Sky Wall. Rei looks at the wall and frowns.

Even if you are lazy or dead, I will always…

It then cuts to a black background as Morty, standing to the left, holds the Taka and Diamond Full Bottles as a partially faded image of Beth, Jerry, and Summer are behind him, smiling. Another cut to a similar background has Rick, standing to the right, holds the Rabbit and Tank Full Bottles as the images of Diane and a younger Beth do the same smile. Then it finally cuts to Ryuga, dead center, holding the Dragon Full Bottle as the image of Kasumi is behind him, embracing him.

Love you, even if there’s

The camera rotates to behind them as Rick, Morty, and Ryuga get ready to fight.

NO AGE FOR LOVE

The camera then pans past them and sweeps over the various Smash before it slows down around the three enforcers and a group of Faust Guardians, before finally stopping right at Freeze Speeder right before the helmet fades away and reveals Rei’s face.

Inside, it feels so warm

Morty, as Build, fights through several Guardians while switching between different forms, such as TakaTank to TakaDiamond and then NinjaGatling to HarenezumiGatling.

Do you feel it? There’s lots of my love.

Rick, meanwhile, takes on a Smash using RabbitTank before switching to GorillaMond, punching the Smash, then becoming HawkGatling to shoot at them.

Lots of it!

Ryuga, as Cross-Z, does that standard “DBZ Power Up” pose as blue flames engulf him.

I will stay next to you forever.

It cuts back to the beginning as the three Riders (Morty is in GorillaGatling) glare upwards and see the three enforcers standing on the Wall. Night Rogue stands to the left and holding his gun up, Blood Stalk is to the right, lying down on the wall, and Freeze Speeder is dead center as he grips his fists.

Do you feel it? Come on, let’s go, old man!

The six leap for combat, Rick fighting Blood Stalk, Ryuga fighting Night Rogue, and Morty fighting Freeze Speeder. As Morty and Freeze’s fists clash, it flashes to Rick, Morty, and Ryuga all standing on three separate corners of a building, overlooking Touto.

Chapter Text

So, you know that we're out there
Much like some other Kamen Rider OPs, whatever scene was happening prior is interrupted by the opening. In this case, the scene would suddenly turn into a film reel as the shot of the scene begins to flicker through, all while a silhouette of Kamen Rider Jun, with his blue visor visible, fades in. Jun pulls out his Zapper and fires at the screen, shattering it as the effect reveals a new scene of Jun standing in the middle of a red tinted city. Glass shards fall around Jun like snow as he lowers his weapon.  

Swatting lies in the making
Several other people stand close to the red-tinted city, their faces shadowed as the glass shards fall over them too. The only exceptions are Jun & Lupin. A third Rider is also shown, but aside from the neon green triangular eyes, no important details stick out. Each of them gets a close up, though among them all, only the shards around Jun reveal the face underneath the helmet. After a few seconds, there’s a wide angled shot of what look to be thirteen people.

Can't move fast without breaking
Of the thirteen, only three of them are facing against nine people and a UFO. In contrast to the three Riders, the other nine seem to be wearing costumes of some sort. Much akin to Ex-Aid, there’s a panning shot showing the nine costumed people readying various melee weapons, with the second, reverse panning shot of Lupin and the mysterious third rider ready theirs, with Jun in the middle.

Can't hold on or life won't change
Jun looks down at his weapon, what looks to be a broadsword, then looks up as he rushes towards the screen and slashes at the screen, creating the divider that separates the title, Kamen Rider Jun, from its subtitle, Royal Blood.

It's not a game
Red blotches begun to “burn” away the title as we open on Jun, out of his Rider suit, walking in the school hall.

I'm not a robot AI challenging you
He’s soon joined by Ryu and Kasumi before they talk about something non-specified. They soon pass Jun, with Ryu giving Jun a nod.

I'm not a phantom
As Jun exits the school, he sees his chauffer, Saeko, opening the car for him.

I'm in your face and
As he looks in, he could see dark shadows resembling both Mr. Sugimura and Mr. Okumura inside.

I'm here to see it through
The final cut of this set shows Haru doing some gardening as she looks up at the sky, wind blowing through her hair.

Right before your eyes
Ren and Ann sit by their desk near the window as a white-pawed black cat sits on Ren’s desk. Their reflections are blurred, though the cat’s shows it being larger in comparison.

Watch us multiply
Kasumi leads Ryu back to their neighbour, though we get a closer look as we see Ryu’s smile fade.

Come to claim our rights
Another cut shows Ryuji glaring up at a plaque showing off Kamoshida, him gripping his fist.

it's time
With the final shot, the film reel pulls up, only to reveal a mysterious, gray-haired woman sitting on a chair in a mostly gray room, hands clasped as she listens intently.

And you'll know we were out there
We get some quick cuts of Jun placing a key inside the Mass-Produced Mach Driver as well as someone pressing into the Lupin Gunner. As the transformation montage ends, we see the end result as Kamen Rider Jun is completed.

Swatted lies in the making
He uses his sword to cut through several Shadows. In the reflections of skyscrapers, we see Jun and Haru having dinner together, with Jun looking away and blushing. After a cut showcasing a closer view of the battle, Jun pulls out his Zapper and fires.

Can't move fast without breaking
Just before he pulls the trigger, he sees a black and red card fly towards him as he backs away, the card embedding into the wall as he turns to see who threw it at him.

Can't hold on or life won't change
He sees four costumed figures covered with shadows, one of whom is a woman, another being significantly smaller and more cartoony than the others, and the two being of the same male build. It then zooms out to reveal that both Jun and the Phantom Thieves are in the view of Kamen Rider Lupin (as seen in the reflection), there’s a quick, blink-and-you-miss-it moment where pink, mechanical blades fan out like angel wings behind him.

In the two seconds before the next bit of lyrics hit, we see three vehicles spinning around on a showcase. The first being Jun’s dog-like three-wheeler motorcycle, Machine Dodger, lit in all blue. The second is Lupin’s Rider Machine, a UAV-styled plane called Machine Marion, lit with gold. The final one is a large black van with cat-ears on the roof, a cat tail at the back, and blue cat eyes as the headlights, the ride for the Phantom Thieves, lit in red.

And our voices rang out, here
We have a few quick shots of Jun getting onto and riding off in the Machine Dodger, in hot pursuit of the cat van across a long desert, all while Jun gets out his Zapper and tries to fire.

Took the mask off to feel free
Cut to the sky where we see Lupin in the Machine Marion flying about and using gatling-like fire on an unseen entity. The bullets soon turn into a large rainstorm as we cut to an abandoned stadium under that same rainstorm. A man in glasses and a white doctor’s coat reaches his hand out to feel the rain.

Fought it out in the debris
Soon, the rain freezes into small water spheres as there’s four shrouded people dressed in ragged black leather stand by the wreckage with glowing yellow eyes. Two of them are more prominent, one standing tall and proud in the center left of the group, while another is sitting on an oil drum, kicking his feet. Oddly enough, while the rain froze, they’re still able to move. The man in glasses, curiously, is gone.

Now we know that life will change
Cut to a sunny day at the Tokyo Crossing as we see multiple people walking different directions. Ryu and Kasumi in one direction, Ren, Ryuji, and Ann in another, and Jun walking separate from the group. The moment he passes by Haru, he turns around, only to see himself standing in the middle of Mementos, a third-party who is bearing witness to the inevitable clash between Tricksters and Riders as shown at the beginning.

Chapter Text

Kokoro ga tsukiru made

Two hands appear as one slips a diamond ring onto the other’s ring finger in a similar manner to how Haruto puts the Hope/Engage Ring onto Koyomi’s hand in Wizard’s OP.

Moyase

The hand then erupts into flames as the ring changes into the Flame Ring. In the instrumental leading to the verse, we see Kamen Rider Wizard floating in the center as his magic circle is behind him, all while the title comes up:

The black background turns into a bright blue sky before the camera pans down to reveal some kids, ultimately revealed to be the very people Wilhelm meets at the magic school, playing around, namely, a sort of tapestry revolving around Catarina’s bonding with the others (i.e. her brief rivalry with Alan, the book club she has with Sophia and Mary, breaking down the door to Keith’s room, her meeting with Nicol, and eventually Geordo’s proposal to her while she’s in farming clothes)

Koi wa geemu sou omotteta

It continues to pan down to reveal a similar proposal done between Wilhelm and Maria on a grassy hill, disjointed from the rest of the others, flipped upside down to show off how they’re separated from the group.

There’s a final shot on Maria’s smiling face before the face itself fades away for a split second before purple cracks break the image apart and expand outwards, tearing the previous tapestry apart while conveniently sparing Wilhelm, Keith, Geordo, Alan, and Nicol. Wilhelm’s own body begins to crack, though at a slower pace.

The cracks flash as we see Wilhelm standing outside the gates of the magic academy.

Nicol, meanwhile, is walking through the town while his shadow briefly changes into a large lion that stalks him.

The next three shots quickly show the three remaining guys. Keith stands on the rooftop in the middle of the night as what looks to be a colorful wind is behind him. Alan stands before a hellish red landscape before he turns around and it changes to a bright sunny day in the town. And lastly, Geordo standing over a cliff side as wings begin to sprout from his back.

Naze kimi dake reigai…

The final three shots show off the three women that Wilhelm meets. Sophia hides a blushing face behind a book, Mary tending to some flowers in the garden before turning to face someone off screen, and lastly, Catarina looking directly towards the camera as her face glitches between a creepy, sinister smile and a silly, bemused face.

Dono ruuto erabeba

The next shot during this bridge to the chorus is a pan-up of Maria in a pink background as a gentle breeze blows some rose petals and strands of Maria’s hair. She adjusts her hair and gives a warm smile.

Saitan na no ka

This is unfortunately before the entire image shatters and reveals a dark void that Wilhelm is in as he extends his hand out towards a solar eclipse.

Kotae wa mienai

As he reaches towards the eclipse, the sun moves away from the moon, as the moon’s light reveals a strong, glowing aura that engulfs Wilhelm.

Baddo endo no unmei demo

As the light fades, we see Wilhelm had transformed into Kamen Rider Wizard and has already begun to slash away at some Ghouls with his flaming WizarSwordGun before using the Copy Ring to duplicate his WizarSwordGun.

Boku no mono ni nareba ii

It cuts to a montage of the four men using various weapons and magic to fight an unseen threat, with Keith using an earth golem, Geordo slashing with his sword (with blood spraying from where he cut), Alan throwing his hand out as water sprays out of his hand, all while Nicol just gives a smile.

Sou sa douse hametsu suru no nara kimi to

Wilhelm, as Wizard, soon runs through an open grassy area, quickly changing between forms. First, he throws out a wave of fire before changing to Water and blocking an oncoming blast with a last second summoning of water. He then changes to Hurricane and flies up into the air before quickly changing into Land and throwing a kick. As chunks of earth kick up, we can see that he has landed the hit as we see the four Styles, now adorned with the pieces of armor of the PlaMonsters, with Flame having Unicorn, Water having Kraken, Hurricane having Garuda, and Land having Golem.

Zettai ni zetsumei shinai

Wilhelm stands in the middle of a pink field of fallen black feathers and cherry blossom petals as he stares up at the sky.

Ai da to chikau kara

As he looks up, we see that he’s staring at a very tall tree. Most of the early branches are completely cut from the trunk, with the end point being where a small child is, climbing up on the trunk. On some of the higher, uncut branches, a few silhouettes of Phantoms, including Garuda, Sprite, Legion, and Mermaid, stand on them and look down upon Wilhelm, with the Kaiser standing higher up on the tree.

Ubaisarareru kakugo

He turns around and sees a person amid a busy city crossing. The people slow to a stop as the camera pans across from behind Wilhelm. He sees a girl around his age that looks similar to the girl climbing the tree before the camera obscures the girl with Wilhelm’s body. When showing the girl again, it’s revealed to be Catarina. The two stand in the middle of a Japanese city crossing as the only two people that aren’t desaturated or slowed down. Both figures look uncertain of what to do.

Mou kime na yo

During this, there’s five musical stings. Each one focuses on a different image. The first is a man offering his hand to Azuma, the second is a white wizard with an orange jewel mask, the third is Azuma on his knees and crying as cracks form on his body, the fourth is a title screen for a game called Fortune Lover, and the final one is a girl with long, brown hair who is seen holding a book in a manner similar to Sophia, except with the book open instead of closed.

The final sting that ends the song is an overhead crowd shot showcasing the major players of the story (Catarina, Geordo, Alan, Mary, Sophia, Nicol, Keith, Maria and Sirius) with Wilhelm standing in the front as he holds out his hand. There’s a red Wizard circle that is glowing underneath.

Chapter Text

{Instrumental}

Flickers of blue flame emanate from Hoshi’s hand as he grips it. The flame ignites into a vibrant red flame, engulfing him and transforming him into Kamen Rider Dante. He then walks away as everything around him burns.

Nemuru yōna

Hoshi walks away from Setsuna’s grave, cherry blossoms fluttering as he sheds a tear.

seijaku no yami de

He smiles as the Volcano Belt on his waist crumbles to ash and he pulls out the Volcannik Driver.

Niramitsukeru

Meteora and the gang plot out how to execute the Elimination Chamber over at one of the offices, all while Marine looks worried.

Kikuchihara and Shimashima laid out a huge graph that links every story into one big event.

Tenohira de

Altair and Blitz just look at the stars, all while Altair grips her gauntlet as the reflections of Setsuna and Erina are seen in broken glass beneath them.

Souta sits by the window at the office, sighing as his reflection briefly changes into Yudai, grinning.

Aliceteria walks in the middle of an empty sidewalk with Mamika jumping in joy.

A swing from Magane’s necklace later, and it’s now Yuichi and Melt walking, Melt having her fists gripped.

Yuuya and Celesia sit on the rooftop looking at the blue sky.

The sun changes into the moon as Syo and Charon gaze upon the stars on a parallel roof.

Nobuo’s scarf bellows in the soft night wind, almost akin to how Double first appears in the opening. He leaps off, transforming into Akiba Red, who appears as a silhouette in the moonlight.

It cuts to Dr. Gilmore looking to a person lying in a hospital bed before it fades to him in his room, looking over the collection of Cyborg 009 manga.

Hikayu trips about and lands onto Hoshi in the middle of the sidewalk. She immediately gets off him and blushes.

He’s kneeling and holding a dead body before he falls over and shatters like ice. The area then shatters as it shows Yuichi to be in the middle of Tokyo, facing Hoshi as Melt, Yudai, Syo, Charon, and Blitz stand behind him. (Version 1)

The fire then spreads through the city of Tokyo, destroying everything in its wake as Hoshi stands up to face it alone. (Version 2)

In the brief transition to the chorus, there’s a split-screen of both Hoshi and Yuichi transforming into Kamen Riders Dante and Verge respectively. In Version 2, this is swapped out with Yudai becoming Malacoda.

The border dividing the two Riders is blown apart as Dante and Verge/Malacoda fight each other in the middle of the city.

We see a flaming Kamen Rider, the one that Hoshi recalled from his childhood. As the Rider looks up, it changes to Dante's Toranity Mount.

Dakishimeru yo ni kiete ku

Just as Dante is about to explode, Souta places his hand on his shoulder, reverting the entire fiery backdrop to the city with Dante reverted to Hoshi. Hoshi turns back and smiles before he loads his gun.

We see the two's backs as well as their opponent, Vega, who has three dozen muskets pointed at Hoshi.

As Hoshi rushes in to attack, it cuts to several shots of different characters, such as Shindou’s sister Kotoha, Yoshi Mitsukura/Strike Cobra, Watari Ryuzaki/Freezing Bear, Mizuki/Diving Stingray, Yuichi’s sister Yuzusa and his fiancé Amina, Dan and a ghostly image of Sayuri next to his wife Natsumi, Shimashima overlooking a blue glow, and lastly, Dante and Vega in a wasteland as Dante leaps into the air. There's something I wanted to protect.

The opening begins with a pink background that flickers to a wartorn backdrop every so often. There are words in white that read “This story is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed.”

Dreams, hope, wishing, love, and you.

For each word, it cuts to a different character or two standing and holding their swords. For ‘Dreams’, it’s Yuri and Rintaro with Yuri holding Nagare. For ‘Hope’, it’s Ryo and Tetsuo. For ‘Wishing’, it’s Natsuki. For ‘Love’, it’s Sayori. And for ‘You’, it’s Yuuki. (V1)

There’s a flash of light that transforms them into their Rider forms (though in V1, Rintaro is excluded from this shot for obvious reasons) before it pans to the dark gray sky. A sword cuts through the dark clouds as we see Kaenken Rekka appear and form part of the title:

The title fades as we see Yuuki holding Rekka and practicing some slashes. (V1)

We see someone approach Yuuki as he turns around, hiding Rekka behind his back. It’s revealed that Yuuki was practicing outside of Fantastic Bookstore Kamiyama and the person who saw him was his boss, Touma. Yuuki gave a blush as he ran to Touma. (V1)

Yuuki then drops Rekka and screams out in despair. The scene fades away to a shining day where Touma finds Rekka at the spot where Yuuki dropped it. (V2)

Shiranu ga hotoke shiru ga saigo

As Yuuki runs, he leaves behind some bubbles as the scene briefly changes to a park where three kids rest by a tree, two of them locking their pinkies together. (V1)

As Touma picks it up, flashes of what happened fifteen years ago appear (among these is the clip of Daichi’s last stand) before it ends with him and Luna doing a pinkie promise. (V2)

It then cuts to a large downpour of rain as we see the wartorn battlegrounds once more, this time with dozens of Wonder Ride Books laid scattered onto the ground and even the Swords implanted into the ground.

A bespectacled man with curly green hair, a purplish pink suit and matching fedora stands in the middle of the rain, looking upwards from his book and smiling.

We see the same tree from before, now dead with fallen leaves, as we see Yuuki and the four girls limply resting by the tree, Yuuki with his back against the trunk, Sayori’s head on his lap, Monika’s head on his shoulder, Natsuki curled up near the three, and Yuri face down. Rekka, Nagare, Ikazuchi, and Hayate are all near their respective holders, with Yuuki holding Rekka.

The majority of the ED is montages of drawings. The first among them is a drawing of Hoshi resting his back against the Machine Inferner. Behind him is the ghost of Hotaro, sitting on the bike.

The next drawing is of Yuichi, on his knees in the midst of a blizzard as he sees Altair’s hand being offered to him.

Jibun kara atsukunaru
The next drawing is of Souta standing in front of a broken mirror. In the shards, you could see the faintest glimpse of Malacoda.

The next drawing is of Honoka resting on her hospital bed as Shindou is seen giving Kotoha a chocolate bar.

The next drawing is of Yudai pointing his gun towards a broken mirror in the middle of a destroyed city as Magane lingers in the background alongside Hangaku.

The next drawing is a back-view of Vega, standing on a pool of dark blue water staring at storm clouds. He is looking down at the debris of battleships that are floating in the water.

The next drawing is of Rui catching Hikayu at the Shibuya Crossing, who tripped over while carrying some large grocery bags. Celesia is seen helping Hikayu with the bags while Yuuya and Meteora seem to bicker while carrying their own bags.

The next drawing is instead a family portrait of the Shimazakis, though the majority of the photo is burnt, leaving only the faces of Tachibana and his mother intact while Setsuna and Yuusuke’s faces are gone.

The first three shots comprise of lightning striking a stadium (落雷死), a blizzard sweeping through the city (白い闇), and lastly fireworks exploding in the starry sky (花火). Zensaku, a teenager with short grayish green hair, looks to the sky with a determined look on his face as he grasps onto his guitar, Ongekishingen Retsuzan…

[Instrumental, 0:02-0:12]

As he rushes towards an apartment building, the scene slows to a crawl as first the title of Ongeki Rider Zanki (音撃ライダー斬鬼) before it shifts into its subtitle, Summer’s Thunder (夏の雷), as the second title comes up, the scene is completely frozen as it fades to a watercolor backdrop of a thunderstorm.

I like keeping to myself all that I could

The opening cuts to a shot behind Zensaku as he walks down a street, holding his guitar on his back. Some people notice him and try to wave to him, though he makes very little gestures.

I’d keep my face buried deep down in my hood

It then cuts to him sitting on the roof of a small building as he eats a small loaf of bread before carelessly flinging a disk. The disk unfolding into a red hawk before flying off.

I don’t want to see the outside heartless world

As Zensaku walks past a tree in a park, he gives a sigh. Behind him, the kanji that makes up his full name, Kamijou Zensaku (上条 禅作) appears, though it’s only when he pulls up his hood does it change to the name Zanki (斬鬼).

But I know that there has to be more out there for me

Zensaku looks towards somewhere distant, only to be caught by surprise with something. A quick flash shows that, briefly, there’s a large X over his face.

[Instrumental, 0:23-0:27]

The shot zooms out, revealing that it’s actually a photograph of Zensaku, framed in the center and surrounded by photos of dead animals. However, once it fully zooms out, the photos blur together, changing into a watercolor display of a snowstorm.

I like the feeling of being soaked by the rain

Afterwards, it then cuts to a tall man with tanned skin and short brown hair greeting a husband, wife, and what seems to be their five-year-old daughter. As he pats the daughter’s head, his name, Toudou Toshiro (藤堂 俊郎) appears just beside him.

Because my face looked better covered in a haze

As he smiles, a breeze blows past him with several snow flakes as he gives a brief frown. The kanji making up his name freezes and shatters, changing to Touki (凍鬼).

I pretended to be afraid of the dark storm

The shot then pans across the snowflakes to a shot of Zensaku on an open plain as faces off against several monsters. Setting his guitar to the ground, he faces them head on as Toshiro joins his side. Beneath their feet rest the title of oni (鬼) while in the storm clouds, the monsters are called youkai (妖怪).

While waiting for that dark sky to burst right open

As the shot rotates however, the kanji changes, with the storm clouds breaking into rain as it forms into a new term: Makamou (魔化魍). Meanwhile, Zensaku and Toshiro take out special devices. Zensaku has a bracelet that has guitar strings while Toshiro appeared to have a tuning fork with a small whistle built in. Both have an Oni’s face on it as the kanji beneath their feet change to become Ongeki Rider. (音撃 ライダー)

There are three fast cuts of Zensaku plucking the guitar strings of his bracelet, Toshiro flicking the metal prongs, Zensaku holding the bracelet over his head to reveal a small oni face on his forehead, and lastly, an ending cut that reveals the signature word of “HENSHIN!” (変身)

Strum your way through all

Lightning strikes Zensaku as cold winds engulf Toshiro, but they are immune as they soon change into Ongeki Riders Zanki and Touki respectively. Whereas Zanki’s form is a simplistic all green with bronze gloves, Touki’s form is more detailed with a frosty white coating, bronze chest armor, and a bear-like mouth that is opened on the whole helmet.

The bright light’s distortion

The duo charge towards the quartet of Makamou in the background while, in the foreground, silhouettes of the two play with their instruments of choice. For Zensaku, it’s a large guitar and for Toshiro, it’s an oversized gong.

I want to make thunderous sounds, I’ll roar

There’s a separate shot of the battle as we see a guy with short black hair casually walking in the battlefield. His eyes close briefly as we see his name appear in kanji, Toyotomi Toru (豊臣 暢). One split second later, he quickly teleports closer to the screen with a flash of lightning, the kanji having been destroyed, briefly showing the changed name of Todoroki (轟鬼) before it disintegrates to become Hekireki (霹靂), as his transformed state closely resembles Zanki, though with silver gloves.

Drum beyond the pain

There’s a cut to two silhouetted Oni, one playing the drums and another on the guitar, in the foreground, while the background shows those two Oni, both brown colored though with white and black gloves respectively, joining Zanki and Touki in the battle. While the kanji of their Oni name is blurred, the silhouettes change to that of two high school girls as their names change as well, with the drummer being named Tainaka Ritsu (田井中 律) and the guitarist being named Hirasawa Yui (平沢 唯).

Take out your frustration

It then cuts to the battlefield as Toru/Hekireki appears in the battlefield in a flash of lightning and clashes his guitar with Zensaku/Zanki, with another blast of lightning emitting from the clash.

What can I do?

Afterwards, it shows one colorful shot of Yui and Ritsu with three other girls and Zensaku at the back of the stage, followed by a sepia toned shot of a younger Zensaku and Toshiro training, a greyscale shot of a young Toru training under what appears to be a cat-eared woman, and then lastly a greyed out shot of four Oni learning under one. These four shots have the phrase teacher and student (先生と生徒) overlapped.

The pounding is out of my control

There’s the silhouette of Touki playing the gong as we see in the background his battling of the Makamou slowly fading to a scene of a teenage version of him meeting with what appears to be an older student. As the scene becomes more vivid, Touki puts more force into his swings. Eventually, he swings too hard and shatters the background, revealing the trio are now facing a large shark-centipede Makamou, as it gets the unique name of Rokurokubi (轆轤首).

Strum in harmony

We continue to see the fight between Zanki and Hekireki unfold in the background with lighting striking the ground around them as their silhouettes play their guitars in the foreground.

We’ll play it together

We then see Zanki, Touki, Hekireki, and four other unidentified Oni all in the same shot, playing instruments. While the three named Oni have their names clear, the four are blurred. However, once they finish and they pose together, the seven names merge to become one: Senki (戦鬼).

I want to be the change I hope to see

We cut to the trio rushing to fight Rokurokubi, there’s a panning shot of each of them, though as it shows each of them, it flashes to something from their past. For Zanki, it’s a young Zensaku writing in someone’s notebook. For Touki, it’s a teenage Toshiro smiling and giving a gentle clap as he’s shedding tears. And lastly, for Hekireki, it’s a teenage Toru waving a glowstick to a friend of his. Each of them contribute something, with Touki swinging his large club to hit a large energy gong overlapping Rokurokubi, Hekireki disappearing and reappearing all over the kaiju (trailed only by a bolt of lightning) to chop off its centipede legs, with Zanki chopping right into Rokurokubi’s body.

Play ’til your heart’s content

There’s another silhouetted shot, though this time of four Oni, each of them playing a unique instrument; a harp, cymbals, a taiko, and a violin. In the background, there’s a shot of a young boy playing violin on stage. Only the violin playing Oni is named as Kyoki (強鬼). Suddenly, a blue streak whizzes by as each of the Oni save for Kyoki suddenly disappear. The streak stops at Kyoki, who suddenly stops playing the violin as the image of the teenager playing violin suddenly fades, as does the kanji for Kyoki.

Take back all your power

We cut to a shot of Zanki playing the guitar before he sets it down and points to the sky as lightning strikes him right at the finger. It then flashes…

What can I do?

As we cut to three monochrome shots and one shot in color. The three grayed out shots depict a charred finger pointed to the sky, a crying baby and a lonely girl at a subway station, while the final, colored shot is of a woman with long, brownish pink hair on a balcony staring at the same fireworks that Zensaku was seeing. All the while, an ominous phrase made overlays itself: The Curse of Oni (鬼の呪い).

I’ll never let you down

Before it suddenly flashes to five shots of color showing what appear to be Zensaku’s parents, the two parents that Toshiro met earlier in the OP, Toru’s cat-eared mentor (albeit now wearing cat-ear headphones), a young boy holding a camera, and a man standing in a swarm of embers comprised of the kanji for fire (火). Each of them has words besides them show their family name respectively: Kamijou, Furukawa, Nekomata, Nishimiya, and Shiba. (上条, 古河, 猫又, 西宮, & 志葉)

I’ll make it through

It cuts back to a shot of Zanki finishing off a guitar solo with his guitar embedded into the body of Rokurokubi, causing it to explode into a cloud of dust and dead leaves.

We then get a small montage of what Zensaku’s other duties are as an Oni, such as talking to smaller Youkai like tanuki, practicing his guitar, scarfing down food, and lastly, walking down a lonely bridge. During the last bit, the X covering his head is more visible, especially as he passes by someone whose head is blurred.

The person non-audibly waves to him as Zensaku turns around, the X peeling off his face as it flies away.

The final three shots show Toru on a green Honda Rebel motorcycle (佐賀), a field of sunflowers (家族), and lastly the X flying into the sky like a loose piece of paper with the kanji of voice (声) in the shape of clouds.

Chapter Text

(Instrumental, 0:12-0:20)

The current scene freezes as it’s clawed out by Garude’s claws. It flashes to a field of purple grass in the middle of a night sky with a pink full moon as all of Garude’s main forms stand, assuming the same poses that the animals they’re based off would have. [As of Hunt 4, there’s only the Primordial and Eocene Membrane]

It then pans to the sky as it changes to a light blue…

Toutou to nagarete iku fuukei

The blue sky turns into a subtle crashing wave as it fades to Jiro standing at the beachside.

Setsunateki na hibi no naka de

The vibrant sunset turns into a pale monochrome as Jiro turns around and the setting changes to the streets of Animal Town.

Sashinoberareta te wa yasashiku

As he walks through a pathway, he passes Iroha and a papillon dog. There’s a brief moment where both Iroha and the dog look back at him in concern.

Kodou ni shitataru binetsu no yokan

Suddenly there’s a burst of color as Koumugi, out of nowhere, glomps Jiro. He smiles and reciprocates the hug as Iroha looks somewhat panicked, with the dog nowhere to be seen. Across the street is the Pretty Holic store at the far back, though the only witness to what transpired is Yuki, who only bobbed her head up a bit.

Kaze ni sakarau

Suddenly, the three see dark thundering clouds emerge from the sky. The clouds have a flash of two red eye-like ovals.

sou ikite kita kara

Jiro and Koumugi look to each other and nod before heading off, with Iroha in tow.

Kimi ni atte kizuku

There’s a cut to the interior of EGG HQ where Suzume, Sarutobi, Umahara, and Dai watch in anticipation before cutting to Ren Apartments as Natsume smokes a cigarette.

"mou hitori janai"

There’s sudden cuts to Shizuka and Hamegg III loading handguns, Inari typing on the computer before looking off towards something, a dark-haired woman in a white suit with silver lining holding a briefcase, and finally Jiro holding the Oviraptor GarudEgg.

(Instrumental, 0:53-0:54)

In the three brief musical stings, it shows three brief scenes of Koumugi, Iroha, and finally Jiro transforming. When it cuts to Jiro, we see he’s in an egg before panning out and cracking open.

Shakkou matataki wa ko egaki

The egg fully explodes, revealing Kamen Rider Garude, Primordial Membrane, as he leaps into action, clashing with a boar Garugaru’s tusks.

tsuki e hibiku

The Garugaru shoves him away as he and soon Koumugi (as Cure Wonderful) give chase.

Tsumabiku michi

There’s a different scene where, in what looks to be a European city midday, Jiro (in his civilian form), is running from Shizuka as she’s firing at him.

kindou no mure

Another scene, one taking place in an alleyway at sunset, has him and Hamegg III at close quarters before Hamegg grabs his hand and, with the other, points a specially crafted gun at his face with a smirk.

tomoni nageku yoru

In a forest in the middle of the night, Jiro (back as Garude) is seen fighting a different person: a woman with long white hair in a matching white dress that’s similar to Koumugi’s. The two clash claws as the woman gives Jiro a cold look.

Doukoku denpa suru omoi wa

Cutting back to the Boar Garugaru fight, Jiro changes armors, first to a pink and white armor in which the helmet has a rabbit motif complete with two small rabbit ears acting as antennae. He runs faster before jumping into the air. He changes once more, this time into an aqua colored armor with a penguin beak acting as his forehead gem. He gives a kick to the screen as a blizzard obscures the screen.

kokorozuyoku suru

As the screen clears, we see two forms mostly obscured with light. The first is bathed in a sky blue light though the silhouette shows that the helmet has large antlers and that the light is focused on Garude’s body. The second is a dark red miasma as this form of Garude tries to lunge at the camera, his silhouette looks a lot stockier than the other forms.

Tsuite oide yo ushiro ni kimi ga iru kara

It then flashes through several of Garude’s minor armors, such as the Ram, Ostrich, and even a few unobtained ones that are obscured.

Watashi wa mayowanai 　

Once more, it shows Jiro walking through a monochrome Animal Town with a frown on his face… Only for Garude to ride past him, erasing the image and restoring color once more.

hikari sasu michi e

As he rides off on the road, it pans up to the sky once more, this time to the sun as it gives off a white and aqua glow…

Listen to my howling...

The final shot of the opening lingers on the title, which establishes itself with horizontal jagged teeth chomping the screen, revealing to be the ル in “仮面ライダーガルデ”, or as the English subtitle underneath reveals:
