"I don’t think that’s considered dancing, it’s more of a flailing action."
“Can you do any better?” Ochako said with a huff.
Tsuyu put a finger to her mouth, thinking about it.
“No, but I can still criticize to help you do better.”
“Dancing isn’t about being good, it’s about having fun.” Ochako pulled Tsuyu closer by the hand. “Dance with me!”
“I can’t; my feet are too frog-like to be able to do steps correctly and-”
“No complaining! I’ll help. See, just put your left foot forward, between my feet…”
Tsuyu felt her face grow hot, her hands starting to clam up in Ochako’s. She didn’t seem to mind though as she guided Tsuyu in how to do a simple waltz. She was speaking softly, focused solely on directing Tsuyu into how to step correctly and not trip. Tsuyu was all to aware of Ochako’s hand against her back and her hand on Ochako’s hip. She felt her knees bow slightly and before she could stop, she had tripped, taking them both down.
Ochako activated her quirk before they hit the ground and both floated up higher. Tsuyu’s hair was in her face and Ochako pushed it aside, smiling. She released her quirk and they landed lightly on their feet. Tsuyu was still staring at Ochako, who winked.
“It would be unlucky if we fell after we were doing so well!” She said.
“Sorry, Ochako. I told you my feet…”
“It’s no bother! I like dancing with you.”
“We should do it again...There might be a mission where it would come in handy so we have to practice.”
“Are you trying to hit on me, Tsu?”
“We’re dating.” She said shrewdly, making Ochako laugh and bury her face into Tsuyu’s neck.
“Am I thankful for that!”
