Summary
Castiel and Dean are happily married and have talked about adopting a baby or a Little. They decide to go for the latter because of personal reasons, and visit the Little Angel facility.
Here they find Jack, their nephew who they hadn't seen since he was just eight years old. He'd been abused and neglected so badly he was put in the Prioritized group; he was a Little that needed a forever home as quickly as possible. Physically he was sixteen years old, mentally only six months.
First-time parenting just became a lot more difficult.
