Summary
Ever since he could remember Peter wanted to be a hero. Helping people, doing the right thing, improving the world. So at 14 when he got his powers, holding Uncle Ben in his arms as he hushed him. Peter made a silent vow, he would use his powers to stop something like this from happening again, or die trying.
Trouble is, Peter wasn't a Billionaire or a super soldier, or a spy, or a freaking god, or a genius with anger issues... He was just plain old Peter Parker and no one wants that, and he couldn't tell people who he was without putting everyone he loved in danger. So Peter put on a mask, this however brought about more issues. See people, especially cops and news paper editors, seem to take issue with vigilantes helping. So what happens when bad press, and government distrust puts you on the Avenger's radar? Well for Peter it seems to be a whole lot of problems. But hey, They're his childhood heroes surely they'll be understanding, right!

Spider-Man comes up on the Avenger's radar as a criminal, they need to bring him in given he's the ring leader of a crime syndicate, right!
