   Peter Parker has lost almost everyone he loves and now his last living relative, his Aunt May, has fallen sick and the therapy that is supposed to heal her is extremely expensive.
   He tries his best to earn the money in time, but still all is efforts aren't enough to even have a fraction of the amount that is needed.
   Now absolutely desperate to find a way to save her, he wishes for someone to give him enough money to pay the bills that could save May's life.
   Out of the blue, this mysterious and handsome demon Deadpool appears and offers him the money in exchange for Peter's soul....
