Tokoyami chides the small, blonde child perched tearily on his knee- she offers a solemn, pouty wibble as his hardened but warm hands gently rub at a sore spot on her forehead.
This child is Tomoko.
Another child, also six years of age, with the same eyes as Tomoko, peers over the kitchen table at them both with very little to say.
