She took a deep breath. “I'm going to join U.A. and do my best to protect those I care about,” she said, dropping her hand. Her back straightened as she felt her determination flicker through her, steeling her resolve. “And someday, I’ll be the top fighter," she paused and then smiled at him. "Perhaps, even better than you,” she teased as her confidence returned.
Todoroki inhaled a silent breath and his lips quirked up in a faint smirk that sent a strange tingle up Momo’s spine and made her heart feel light. “I look forward to it.”
