Time… was a difficult thing, Momo thought.
It was the notion of the transience of all life - the flowers that wilted in the heat of the summer, the trees that lost their leaves in the cold of autumn and the snow that melted once spring came around to brighten up the world. The seasons passed, the planets turned and span around in orbit while they were here, in something they called the present when everything else seemed nothing but fiction.
