Summary
If someone were to ask why Midoriya Izuku never stood up for himself, his answer would be somewhere between 'Do you want me to die a slow and painful death?' and 'I'd prefer not to be charged for murder before high school.'.
Basically, I stayed up for three days and Izuku has a late quirk relative to his parents. I'm kinda sticking to the main plot, but also a bit not, as most fics go.
Aka: Angst and moderately bad writing.Update: Nevermind, Canon is dead according to my new plans.

Chapter 12: A Phone Call And Izuku's Unspoken Plan
The one where Midoriya develops a quirk after a second villain attack on the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day™ that melts shit and gives him green fire. He befriends Shinsou, finds the friendliest cat, and the League is trying to recruit him.
