    Two New Yorkers (Alec Lightwood & Magnus Bane), just minding their own business, have a brief meeting of fate within the depths of the NYC transit system, when an accident on the train platform makes one of them an unwitting hero, who just happens to be one very glittery fashion designer (Magnus).
