    Superhumans may be a rarity, experts estimate there is 1 in about every 100 000 people, but they sure do exist. It’s fairly common for larger and more densely populated cities to have at least a couple of powerful heroes, or sometimes even villains.

    The city where our story takes place is not one of those cities. Statistically speaking, there should be at least one or two superhumans living there, but no one has actually met any from this particular place for quite a long time.

    But now, seemingly out of nowhere, there are villains popping up around this city. No one is really sure where they came from, or what their intentions are, but after the disappearance of a boy named Virgil Shewell, there are a few heroes who would like to figure it out.
