   Summary

   Arthur's changed, and so has Gotham.

   As Arthur Fleck languishes in the confines of Arkham, his status as a symbol for the downtrodden lives on. When another clown of the same name attempts to seize the streets, he finds his every maneuver overshadowed by those of his predecessor. The Joker resolves to establish himself as a solo act.

   This is a crossover with The Dark Knight's Joker taking place in the universe of the 2019 Joker following the events of the film.
