Yoongi was happy for Jungkook and Jimin. Keyword being: was. He still is, honestly. Yoongi has supported the idea of them getting together from day one, when Jungkook had first told him in that restaurant bathroom he wanted to be a better man for Jimin. When Jungkook was still not quite grown himself and oblivious to what that promise actually meant.
