Summary
When Stiles is reaped for the 74th annual Hunger Games, he’s forced to leave his friends and family behind, including his childhood sweetheart Malia Tate. Along the way, he meets an array of characters, both friendly and deadly, from an uncompromising mentor to a fellow tribute who wants to play it solo. On top of that, he finds himself stuck with an unwelcome ally whose motives remain a mystery to him: Lydia Martin, a cryptic girl from district one. Soon, Stiles realises he’s nothing more than a cog in a much bigger scheme and it seems everybody knows more than he does. Torn between the love of his life and the girl of his dreams, Stiles realises that the hardest fight won’t be won on the battlefield.
