"Deku! I need you to take this oder to table 2" grabbing the cafe cup from Uraraka I go and give it to the right table, saying a quick ' enjoy!' before I leave.
Checking the clock it's 12:59, nice! Lunch brake, finally. Me and Uraraka walk to the back and start pulling out our lunch.
" Hey! So I met this guy yesterday, he's super nice and works at a animal hospital-" putting a finger to her mouth quickly stops her.
" No, I already told you I'm not looking right now." I give her a look while trying to take a bite of my sandwich.
"Oh come on! Sigh, Fine. I'll try to stop, but no promises!" we both have smiles on our faces, I know she wants the best for me but im happy where I'm at right now, plus-
"Oh right! I wanted to talk you about maybe... Umm, getting a tattoo?" I nervously put the rest of my sandwich away. Looking at her with a shy smile. I came to her knowing she would give me a good place, she has two tattoos, one on her shoulder and the other on her shin. and six piercings.
" Oh my goodness! You what! Finally, I have been waiting my whole life to hear that sentence! Ok you want a tattoo right?" Nodding she continues. " Alright so here's the address and it's small but you will get the best service there. Kiri is at the front desk, he's such a cool guy. And then there's Mina who does the pricings, she's just like Kiri," rambling for a couple of minutes while describing there descriptions and how she first met Mina.
" Uraraka, they sound super good, thank you but, you haven't said anything about the person whose going to be putting a tattoo on." She gives me the paper before speaking.
"Ok he's like THE best but he has a pretty bad temper, blows up all the time, if you want a stupid tattoo he won't do it. And he always has this frown on his face, but once you get to know him he's not to bad, but I just want to warn you cause I know how sensitive you can be."
Heh, sounds like a certain blonde I used to know, but he would never work at a piercing shop, he was afraid of needles.
" I am not that sensitive!"
" Last week you cried over not putting the right amount of napkins in an order".
" Sigh, alright maybe I am a little sensitive".
Bumping me with her shoulder we continue talking about little things before getting back to work and before I knew it I was on my way to the piercing and tattoo shop a week later.
Looking up at the building and back down to the paper to make sure it's the right place. It looks nice,its definitely somewhere Uraraka would go.
Walking in it smells like caramel, seeing a guy sitting at the front desk he's exactly how Uraraka described him, cheerful, red hair and a big toothy smile.
" Oh hello! My name's kirishima, how may I help you today?"
" Well, I'd like to get a tattoo, and my friend Uraraka said to come to you guys". As soon as I mentioned her name he lights up.
" Oh man that's so cool of her. Hey Mina! Get in here! Uraraka and Mina are good friends."
A tall girl walks in, ' Mina' has pink fluffy hair and yellow eyes, she's wearing a green and purple dress. With a couple of piercings to.
Lost in my thoughts they have already been talking for a couple of minutes. I barely get to hear Kiri say Uraraka and Mina's bouncing up and down.
" Oh! Okay then, so your the one Uraraka won't stop trying to come here, it seems her nagging has payed off. So are you here to get a tattoo or piercing?"
" He's getting a tattoo, but you've got an appointment soon so I will show him around".
" Ok, bye Midoria! Have fun!" Sauntering out the building I follow the red head into the back.
Walking into a room I see a man at a desk, facing away from us. "Hey bakugou!" Wait, no it can't be the same one I'm thinking of, there's just no way.
"You have a client, Uraraka sent him to us."
"Oh? It better not be anything stupid again, or else I won't do it." I couldn't see his face but his voice was dark and rough.
" Haha! It's not, but any how I got to get back to the front. Don't let bakugou push you around". He whispered the last part while patting my back and walking out.
Turning towards the blonde I stand awkwardly for a couple seconds before he finally face's me, red eyes, blonde spiky hair, bad temper. Oh gosh its-
"Deku?"
"Kaachan!? Oh my gosh, I thought I'd never see you again, especially when you moved away and most importantly why are you working here!? I thought you were afraid of needles!"
" Heh, you haven't changed deku. And to answer your question, I overcame that ' fear ' as you put it a while ago." Standing up he gestures me to sit down by a table.
How can he not be freaking out right now!? We haven't seen each other in over five years and that's it! And he's not afraid of needles any more that's for sure, he has three piercings and a couple tattoos that I can see.
Doing as told and sitting down I try to keep my thoughts to myself as he gets set up. He really has grown up into a good looking young man, sharp jaw line, full lips, muscular-
"-ou want?" Oh no, I was staring!! What did he ask?
" What?"
His scowl turns into a devilish smirk. " Heh, see something you like?" Spluttering and feeling my face go red trying to deny it but, he's not wrong. Thankfully he doesn't continue teasing and repeats the question.
" Where do you want it and what do you want?"
" Well I would like it to be on the outside of my left leg, above my ankle. I want It to be Plus Ultra with this man above it." Showing him a picture of Yagi Toshinori, or all might as I liked to call him. Kaachan stairs at the picture for a bit before getting started.
" Does Aunt Inko know your getting a tattoo, nerd?" Eyebrows drawn together in concentration.
" Yeah actually, at first not so much but once she knew what it was she was okay with it." A couple seconds of silence go by before the blonde break's it.
" Who's the guy? Did aunty know him?" At first I was confused, what guy? Then realizing he's referring to Yagi.
"Oh well yeah you could say that. They were married for three years." Kaachan pauses for a moment before continuing. For some reason I just open my mouth and can't stop it all from coming out.
" After you moved away I started getting bullied really bad, to the point I had to go to the hospital a couple of times. Of course this worried my mother like crazy, cause I was so week. But then all might came into my life, helped me get stronger. He was a police man and he was my hero, That's why I call him all might. And then my mom and him got along so well and when I found out they were getting married I was ecstatic. I stopped getting bullied when I was fifteen. It was the happiest three years of my life." At this moment I can feel tears welling in my eyes. " A couple months ago a coworker of all might knocked on our door to tell us the bad news, all might had been shot."Scrubbing away my tears before they fall I look to see Kaachans expression, his scowl has deepened and his lips are tight.
Sniff " Sorry, didn't mean to ramble about my life problems. So, how about you? What has happened with you too on the last five years?" That's weird, when we were kids he would've stoped me half way through and would say I'm muttering. He didn't say anything or show that he was upset.
"Hm, well after we moved I found I loved to paint and draw, and of course I was amazing. So my parents sent me to art school, once I was done me and kirishima moved back here and started this tattoo shop. Mina got In too a while ago."
" I'm glad you are doing something you love." We talk about our parents and other light stuff before he leans back and says that he's done and I can look.
Glancing down I almost cry again, he did an amazing job, it feels like I'm looking at the real All might.
" Thank you Kaachan, this means a lot to me. And you did amazing! Look at the details". Inspecting the tattoo Im in love with already, who am I kidding? It's Kaachan of course it's good. Realizing Bakugou hasn't moved or said anything I look up. He's just looking at me, almost spaced out. We stair at each other for a moment before he snapps out of it.
" Hah? What you looking at nerd?" Aww he's flustered, and WAIT. There's no way, but I could've sworn I saw something.
" Umm Kaachan. Can you open your mouth please?" Looking confused for a split second and then he has a smug look on his face when he opens his mouth and slides his tongue out.
Oh my gosh! He has a black tongue piercing... At least I know I'm not going crazy. I probably look like an idiot with my mouth hanging open and eyes all wide. Oh man, I thought he was hot before, why is that so attractive!!
" For a nerd you aren't very observant, I thought you would see it right away, but I guess not haha!" Him laughing gets me to stop my mind from running away from me. I miss that laugh.
" W-well, I guess I wasn't expecting it. But, when did you get it?" It's taking all my self control to not just grab him by the face and kiss him crazy. W-where'd that thought come from!? Get yourself together Izuku.
" Got it a little over a year ago, decided I wanted it after I saw all Mina's Peirceings. Do you got any hidden tattoos or piercings?"
" No, just the one you just did, but ummm.... Well is it alright...?" Giving me one of those way too attractive smirk he starts showing me his tattoos. There's one on his back of a red dragon, Kiri picked that one. A skull on his ankle. And a pretty design with K in the middle.
" Oh wow, that's super cool Kaachan!" Oh no, he's staring at me again with those deep Scarlett eyes.and his shirt is off, how is he getting hotter by the minute? It's not fair on me or my heart.
" Hey, before you leave you never told me where you work?" What? Why would Kaachan want to know where I work? It's not possible he wants to come say hi. No, definitely not.
" I work at a coffee shop called grounded. The same as Uraraka." Getting up and grabbing my stuff I start slowly walking to the door. Not wanting to over stay my welcome.
" Ok nerd, I'll see you around." Ruffling up my unbrushed hair, turning away he goes and sits back in his desk chair. Feeling butterflies in my stomach a say a quick good bye.
Walking to the main area I see kirishima and Mina at the counter, Mina laughing at something Kiri said, the red head See's me first.
" Hey! I hope bakugou wasn't too mean." Shaking my head no he points to me. " Can we see what you got?"
"Sure." lifting my leg so they can get a good look.
" Cool! Bakugou sure is the best. Did he show you all his tattoos?" Mins asks, Blushing a little I nod my head yes. Unfortunately for me she notices right away.
" Ohh~ does someone have a crush? Uraraka told me how you always turned the guys she tried setting you up with down. Is it because your heart has been with Bakugou since childhood?"
Face going impossibly red I wave my hands in front of me. " N- no! Nothing like that! I just haven't found the right guy yet." She doesn't look convinced at all but but doesn't say anything else.
" Alright man, that will be $90 fillers". Pulling out my wallet I remember what the fiery blonde told me.
" Oh yeah Kaachan told me to tell you to give me ' the discount' ?" Mina and Kirishima stop and just stair at me.
" Woah dude, he's ahh never given the discount except once to his mom. ok it's now only 30 dollars."
" Wow that is cool of Kaachan. This saves me a lot." Handing him the money he's getting the change when Mina decide to tease me.
" Looks like your not the only one who has a crush." Blushing like mad I'm about to give a lousy comeback when Kiri saves me.
" Here's your change, don't let Mina get in your head, but she is right about Bakugou. It's not like him to just give that discount to anyone." Chatting a bit more I Wave goodbye and take my leave. On my way home I can't stop thinking about what they said, but they must be wrong, Kaachans too hot and attractive to like a nerd like me.
