   Summary

   In a world where mythical creatures and humans are just starting to barely co-exist, the village chief's young son Izuku befriends dragon-born Katsuki. The two grow up together in the little village until one day Katsuki abruptly up and leaves with his family, declaring he'll return one day to marry Izuku when they're both older.

   Fast forward to the future, conflicts have risen between man and creature and to patch this rift between the two, Izuku's father must come to some agreeable terms with the leader of the dragons. Guess who the leader is? Hahaaaa.
   Izuku doesn't even remember Katsuki's little childhood promise. It's gonna be a doozy. He makes so good on that promise.
    

   Also, this is my first fanfic. Pls be gentle with me.
   And I use dragon-born as like a general term for the dragon race, not as a DnD term they aren't humanoid dragons.
