Ye Xiu sighed as he watched his teammates' noobish mistakes in front of his computer, as One Autumn leaf expertly killed another member of Excellent Era. After the kill, the others seemed to have forgotten about the strategies they talked about before the training sessions and instantly went for the kill. Ye Xiu really wanted to smoke a cigarette, but sadly they were in the training room.
All of the attempted attacks failed as One Autumn Leaf dodged them and cast Dragon Tooth.
Another one died.
With only him, a cleric and a familiar female launcher alive, he resisted banging his head on his keyboard. The cleric was only alive because the launcher, Dancing Rain, protected him. With his vision trained to the launcher, One Autumn Leaf made his move, Evil Annihilation gleaming.
"I expected more." Ye Xiu said pointedly as he eyed every member of the main roaster of Excellent Era. Everyone's gaze was set to the floor.
"I still have to talk to Boss Tao. Until then improve your teamwork. Training dismissed."
He didn't wait for any response and left the room. The current vice-captain clenched his fists defiantly under the table.
I'll make you regret this Ye Qiu!"
Su Mucheng shook her head gently and followed her dear brother, leaving the others feeling down. They didn't move for a while and thought about their Captain's words.
"Brother, wasn't that too harsh?"
"Whatever do you mean Mucheng?"
Ye Xiu was on an alt going through a dungeon in the third server while Su Mucheng was sprawled on his bed.
"They aren't like Brother Wu and the others..." Su Mucheng pointed out from her position watching her brother type in commands casually.
"Then they have to take training more seriously," Ye Xiu sighed and killed the group of enemies with his berserker flawlessly executing a combo. The female gamer pouted as she turned over and supported her head with her hands.
"You can't just talk to them like that or that will ruin their morale or even angering them! Especially Liu Hao.."
Ye Xiu didn't answer her up until he finished the boss and left the dungeon.
"I know they want me gone," the battle god sighed and took off his headphones, looked at her gently.
They both went quiet. After a while, Su Mucheng turned her head to Ye Xiu abruptly.
"Why not make a social media account?!"
Ye XIu looked at her bewilderedly.
"Mucheng I can't reveal myself and you know that-!"
"But you don't have to," she cut him off staring deeply in his eyes, "You just have to post something now and then with your to make your fans content. Then we'll see what Boss Tao has to say to that."
Ye Xiu blinked...
And then stood up and hugged his sister.
"Mucheng you're the best!"
After a talk with the PR department and a few perplexed looks thrown her way, Su Mucheng has successfully verified Ye Xiu's Weibo account. Laughing evilly inside, Su Mucheng made her way to Ye Xiu's room passing by terrified teammates. That smile of hers meant trouble.
Entering his room Su Mucheng saw her brother on his bed waiting for her with his very familiar mask on that he wears on matches. She plopped herself beside him.
"Now what?", he asked.
Su Mucheng smiled as she took out her phone and turned on her camera's selfie mode and faced it towards them.
"Make a heart with me!"
"...how?"
"Move your fingers like this..."
"Ah, like this?"
"Perfect! Now face the camera."
Ye Xiu was unused to the camera being pointed at him, but Su Mucheng was definitely used to the spotlight, a seemingly innocent smile on her face. He calmed down and then looked at the camera and tilted his head so his hair won't block his eyes.
After a few snaps, Su Mucheng looked at the pictures and showed them to Ye Xiu, who gulped uneasily compared to the normally composed facade.
"These are good, I guess..."
