    Summary

“Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.” -Proverbs 16:18 (NIV)

Father Chisaki was respectable, inspiring, and a pillar to his community. The type of person the people trusted, knowing he would keep their world clean, pure, and protected. He was also Overhaul, shrouded in darkness and ready to summon demons to do his dirty work.
Tomura Shigaraki was a Demon, bound to Earth only through a contract and his service to Overhaul. Eager for destruction and stifled by Overhaul's visions of purity, Tomura waits for the day he can take what he's owed and show how hard one can fall from imagined grace.

For Chisaki, the fall is further than he could imagine.
