The 1A Project

Summary:

"It’s been two weeks since we found them. No clue how lucky we were to even stumble upon their chamber. We let All For One escape again, but instead we found his secret. 20 kids- all no older than 15 hidden in this underground labyrinth this bastard of a villain trapped us in."

Eraserhead, on a mission to track down All For One, instead finds 20 teenagers locked in a cellar. When cleaned up, they were all confirmed as various "villains".
Aizawa proposed that, instead of arresting the children, they'd be placed under his care instead, as he wasn't assigned a class that year.
If he isn't able to reform them by the end of the year, they'll be serving time, and he'll never be able to forgive himself.

"We’ll reform these kids, and find their families, I’m taking it as a personal challenge.

Entry #1

It's been around two weeks since we found them. We were lucky to even encounter them by chance. We let All for One escape again, but instead we found his secret. 20 kids- all no older than 15 hidden in this underground labyrinth that this bastard of a villain trapped us in. It wasn't a sight you'd typically want to see, all of them donning scars of various shapes and sizes. The nastiest of these belonging to a boy that we've since identified as their leader. Some of them were bandaging the person next to them's wounds from an unknown battle they'd apparently fought before we'd found them.

When we walked in, they all froze and stopped what they were doing to stare at us.

We abandoned our mission and took them into our care to be treated for their injuries. We identified them, shocked at what we found.

They were registered villains, all of them. Kids that this supervillain took in and made into monsters. We identified their leader as Dragon, and his right-hand man as Hypocenter. No clue to who those two are yet, but we've solved the case of three missing children.

Freezerburn was Todoroki Shouto, the youngest missing son of Endeavor who'd disappeared when he was 9.

Ten was Iida Tenya, the brother of Ingenium. He'd gone missing at 10.

The Alchemist was the heir to the Yaoyorozu manufacturing company, the CEO's daughter, Momo. Her case had been cold for ages.

We haven't been able to find the identities of anyone else at the moment, though i'd been hoping to find a lead on Dragon or Hypocenter. The two seemed close, closer than anyone else is, like they'd known eachother much longer. They communicated with only glances, never words. The room they were first contained in still has those dents and holes made in the walls, and it smelled faintly of burnt caramel for days. We've since learned to keep those two separate.

All of them were to be tried and then arrested, but I refused. They were still children, they didn't deserve to have their whole life thrown away at the hands of that man. So, I proposed to look over them.
We've started a reforment program for them, instead. If this fails, we'll continue with our original intentions.

Our plan is to keep them in this building we're constructing: the Height's Alliance, a dormitory built to hold them in, much like the other classes have. The plan starts out simple: at first, they'll be on lockdown, only being released from their rooms for meals. We'll to teach them, just like regular students.

We'll redeem these kids, find their families, and send them home. I'm taking it as a personal challenge.

For now on, let's call this:
