Day 1: Touch.

Work Text:

Whenever his wings weren’t taken care of properly for a long time, Hawks was tent to be a jerk. From the league, Twice was the one, who experienced that first handedly, when the hero snapped at him when he didn’t pay attention to what he was explaining to him.

”What the hell is wrong with you, you fucking bird?!” His ruder side asked, but before his other side could apologize, the winged man let out a frustrated growl and started packing his papers back to his bag.

”Today’s lesson’s over!” He announced before storming out of the room, leaving a perplexed Twice behind.

A few seconds later Himiko bounced in the room and sit down on the arm of Twice’s chair.

”I’ve just seen a really upset Takami-kun storming out of the building,” she said, looking at Twice expectedly to get some kind of answer why it happened.

”It wasn’t my fault, Toga-chan!” The man said, raising his hands up, then looking aside. ”Okay… I might not pay enough attention to his explanation,” he mumbled under his breath.

”I saw him too and the frustration that radiated from his body wasn’t just because of the fact your attention wondered away, Twice,” they heard Mr. Compress’ voice as the man walked into the room.

”Dabi should investigate it!” The idea popped up in Twice’s head and he said it out loud as well.

”Why the fuck should I do it?” Came an agitated voice from the doorway and the three villains saw their burned teammate leaning against the doorframe.

”’Cause you two are great buddies!” The masked man answered and Dabi made a gagging noise.

”Awe, I had no idea you were a tsundere, Dabi!” Himiko said on a teasing voice, while bouncing to the man, who glared at her.

”You do have a positive relationship with him, no doubt about that,” Mr. Compress agreed and Dabi could tell he was smiling under his mask.

”Yep, when two people are trying to kill each other constantly, they’ve a positive relationship indeed,” Dabi spat with sarcasm in his voice.

”If you wanted him dead, he would be dead by now,” Himiko said and Dabi knew he lost that round.

Through the glass door of the balcony, Dabi clearly saw the Pro Hero as he wondered around his own living room. His upper body was shirtless, so Dabi could tell how bad his mood was from the tensness of his shoulders.

He knocked on the glass door and Hawks’ he snapped towards the balcony. His eyes narrowed and Dabi had the feeling that he wasn’t really welcomed. Fortunately for him, though the other man slid the door open nonetheless and let his step into his apartment.

”What do you want?” He asked, turning his back towards the raven.

Dabi saw how hazardous his wings were and a memory came to his mind about his little sister being all cranky in the morning, until their mother brushed her hair the way she wanted it.

”Your wings look like shit,” he said, stepping closer. He touched one of them with the tip of his finger and Hawks flinched away immediately, then turned towards him. ”Soft,” he muttered and saw how Hawks’ cheeks caught on fire.

”What do you want?” The blond man repeated the question and Dabi let out a breath.

”You behaved like a little bitch today which made all those idiots worried about you. They coaxed me into finding out what was that for.”

Hawks averted his gaze and walked away towards his bedroom. He didn’t say it out loud, but Dabi knew he already regretted how he treated Twice. For some unfathomable raison – at least for Dabi – those two got along pretty well.

He followed the Pro Hero into the bedroom, then sat down on said furniture. Hawks raised one of his eyebrows, seeing the villain leaning against the headboard, spreading his legs. Dabi patted the space between his legs as an invitation. Having no better idea, Hawks climbed in the space, looking up at the other man expectantly.

”Now what?” He asked, trying to make his voice as flat as possible.

”Turn around and spread your wings.” Came the order and Hawks – despite his surprise – obeyed.

Dabi examined the spread out wings for a moment, then started to rearrange the feathers slowly. At first Hawks tensed up and Dabi knew it took everything for him not to flinch away, but as time went on the hero relaxed between his hands and once Dabi swore he heard a voice near to purring.

”I didn’t know you have cat like features as well, birdie,” he teased, but Hawks only blinked up at him with dazed eyes. It seemed like grooming left him in a trans like state. ”It’s done!” He announced a few minutes later.

That was all Hawks needed. He turned around, wrapped his arms around Dabi’s middle and pushed him down to the bed. He curled up on his chest, letting out a content humm.

Dabi rolled his eyes as he wrapped one of his arms around the other man while petting his hair with the other.
