   Summary

   Everyone one of Izuku's friends started to show their quirks but for some reason his haven't showed yet. When Inko brings Izuku to the doctors they are told he will not be receiving a quirk, but what they didn't know was people who has 2 toe bones are powerful elementals since they haven't been around for eons and they take a bit longer to manifest compared to the normal types of quirks.
   ........... Of course Izuku's quirk has to be the actual air element....... Don't worry Izuku is always going to be great at analyzing that it's almost a quirk in on itself.
