Summary
The Nix and Ignis have been at war for over a thousand years. With the Nix on the verge of defeat, Ignis soldiers are being sent home to rebuild the country.
Rogan was a commanding general during the war, but the years of bloodshed have taken their toll. Tired of the suffering that war brings, he returns home to the peaceful life of a provincial Lord. Still, the screams of the innocent and the nightmares of the battlefield haunt him.
