Work Text:
After that very peculiar day in which Class 1-A got a chance to get a sneak peak at their classmate Izuku Midoriya's future self, things mostly went back to normal. Of course, Izuku himself knew who his future wife would be since his future self flat out told him before entering the portal back to his time. To make matters worse, Mina Ashido knew about it too since his future self basically confirmed what the pink haired girl was thinking about whenever he first revealed his diamond ring. Since when did he even grow the confidence needed to wink at girls?! Ashido herself blatantly teased him about it whenever she had the chance to as well.
Naturally, the teasing crossed over to Uraraka as well, but with the brunette having no clue about the little interaction Future Deku, Regular Deku, and Ashido had; she just chalked it up as Ashido being Ashido. Moving away from that, it's been a full week since that little incident occurred. With no one else from another timeline seemingly crossing into their own, Principal Nezu and The UA staff assumed that Future Deku handled the situation accordingly. Izuku and Bakugou finished out their spar with Izuku finally defeating Bakugou in combat. Though, the explosive blonde insisted that Deku was lucky that no quirks were to be used.
All in all, since the seven days since the whole Future Deku situation occured, life seemed to be returning to normal for Class-1A. Izuku had inwardly stopped denying any feelings he had for Uraraka and found himself accepting the inevitable. Though, that didn't make it any less embarrassing when talking to her. It was pretty hard for him to act like things were normal when he just had a bomb dropped on him. Luckily for him, no one sensed that anything was abnormal with the green haired boy.
Ochako Uraraka had to admit that she liked what she saw in Future Deku. Yeah, he was taller and manlier, but she could see that the boy had matured greatly in the few years separating them. He was more witty, more confident, and overall seemed like a carbon copy of their senpai Mirio personality-wise. If she was being honest with herself, the only thing she disliked about Izuku was how he occasionally seemed to put himself down. That, and his hobby of injuring himself of course. She was glad to see that he seemed to have outgrown that in the following years. She also thought that he'd be much more popular with girls if he'd learn how to boost himself up a bit instead of feeding his insecurities. Confidence goes a long way when it comes to the opposite sex and if she was honest, that was the only thing her Deku was lacking. He had pretty attractive features and his plain appearance wasn't anything to be ashamed about. He wasn't ugly or anything like that. He also began standing up for himself lately whenever Bakugou insulted him.
As she lay in bed at 9:30 PM reminiscing about the events that only happened a week ago, a green portal manifested in the corner of her dorm room. She sprang up and got into a battle position taught to her by Gunhead. The portal seemed identical to the one that Future Deku arrived in, but she had to be careful in case any villains came out to try to kidnap her or something. After a few moments of staying in her battle position, no one came out of the portal and she was just left with a suspicious looking vortex swirling in the corner of her room.
Suddenly, she felt herself being pulled forward as if a human sized magnet was pulling her. She collapsed from the pressure and tried to hang on to the edge of her drawer for safety, but this proved futile as she felt her fingers slipping. Slowly, she was pulled into the portal. Her screams never being heard from anyone.
As she caught a last glimpse of her dorm room, she found herself falling out of the sky.
"AHHHHH!!!"
Quick! If she doesn't do anything, then her hero career would end before it even started. Then, she realized that she had a quirk that could literally allow her to levitate. She waited for the perfect time before willing her body to float to stop the impact of falling out of the sky.
As she slowly floated to the ground, she found herself at a beach. Luckily for her, the sun looked like it was just about to rise, so no one probably saw her almost fall to her death. Looking around, she felt confused as to where she was currently since this particular area didn't ring any bells. Then, she realized just what specific beach she was at right now.
This was Dagobah Beach!
She read somewhere that this particular beach was a trash heap of sorts until one person single-handedly cleaned it all up. She didn't know who did it, but she felt like giving that person a firm hug. If it weren't for them, she'd probably be knee deep in trash right now.
She had no clue what to do about her current situation, but as she walked forward, she spotted a newspaper on the ground a couple of yards away from her.
Grumbling, she went forward to pick it up. How dare they undermine what one person did all by themselves!
As she picked it up, she immediately dropped it as soon as she got a good look at it.
'Pro Heroes Deku and Uravity foil bank heist!'
'Uh oh.' She thought.
She definitely knew where she was now.
