Lily Evans, the golden child who everybody was envious of in the Spinner’s end community, had one insignificant secret that would change her life. Even though they never talked, knowing her parents wouldn't approve of that, Lily had been meeting up with a particular infamous boy down the street. He was named the local freak, along with his mother for involving themselves with abnormal activities. Activities that involved making potions and cursing people around the town, the whispers around town would say.
That didn't stop Lily from wanting to get to know the boy. It would be her dirty little secret and no one needed to know she was talking with the boy.
“ What happened to your face?” She asked.
“ Nothing just fell, you know," Severus responded.
They hadn't even gotten talking for a minute when Severus scrambled away from Lily. She thought it was just another one of his weird habits until she realized that her parents had followed her.
He hid behind a tree really fast as Lily’s parents ran to her, face full of concern. “What are you doing here sweetie?”
“I was talking to Severus, he always seems so lonely!" Lily exclaimed as shw was dragged back into her house.

A bulky man came around, and he had a drunk smell to him.
“Severus”
Severus quickly dropped him head and whispered, “Yes sir”.
The man put his hands around Severus’s neck and took him off the ground. The man beat him, threw him and whipped him around like a toy. He knew he couldn't make any sound, yet a small, almost unnoticeable wince escaped when the pain was too much . This man was Severus Tobias Snape's father.
"Please sir" he dropped his head and kneeled on both feet before his father " .
"Little brat" Tobias spat. "
Severus had tears streaming out of his eyes as he placed his palm forcefully on top of his eyelids. He hadn't moved from the kneeling position as he tried to not wail. His father forced his face up and his arms down, revealing his crying face.
”Crying now huh, have we gone to disrespect?”
Severus murmured ”I'm sorry sir”.
”I'm sorry doesn't cut it".
Severus was shaking.
