Humming her favorite lullaby Toga smooths the hero themed bed sheets free of wrinkles. Standing up straight she takes a step back to observe the room. Nodding her head up and down aggressively in approval, she claps her hands together. "It's so cute!!! Perfect!" A wide manic grin stretches across Togas face as she skipped to the door and pranced down the stairs straight out of the small dinghy house she had been 'renovating' for the last few months.
Now all she needed to do is rescue her son(baby brother but she was way more qualified a caretaker than their mother ever was.) from that brainwashing facility he had been sent to.
Don't worry, my child. This time I will protect you. I won't let you down.
As a child, Monoma Neito never wanted for anything. He had everything already. Mr. and Mrs. Monoma were more than well off; heirs to their respective families. Mr. and Mrs. Monoma never worked a day in their lives; as admirable aristocats they never let that show. It seemed to Neito that faking a caring and hard-working personality while living solely off grandmother’s funds was their ‘respectable’ family business. So Monoma longed for the things money couldn’t buy. True friends, talent, and his parents love and attention.
As Neito’s parents were away on worldly travels to “find our sense of purpose and humble ourselves to the large, cruel, and gracious world humanity abodes on as all people should”, the head family butler, Gorou, and Neito’s nanny, Aiko, were the ones left to raise Neito in the Monoma family estate. It was them who enrolled Neito in a local karate class where he met his first want in life. A true friend; a girl by the name Kendo. She was bossy, but in an older sister kind of way. Monoma didn’t like her at first; reluctantly however, they were friends before he could blink twice. Or besties if you went by what Kendo says.
Kendo inspired Monoma to dream of a future beyond being a jobless leech heir like his parents; inspired him to chase the thought of heroism till it became a dream, then a life aspiration. Monoma built his skills and applied to UA high school. He and Kendo celebrated with a rather calm sleep over when they both got their acceptance letters. Monoma sent the news to his parents via letter as they insisted post be their method of communication. Mr. and Mrs. Monoma never wrote Neito back; but then, they rarely did.
A letter or two a year seemed to be the official quota for keeping in touch with their son as they refused to use social media because, “it would be ungrateful to the natural world around us. We must dedicate our attention to the soul journey we embark on.” never mind their regularly updated instagram profile.
“We must share the knowledge we gain with other people! Think of the beauty the rest of humanity don’t even know about! The beauty of the world is MEANT to be shared”
Needless to say, Mr. and Mrs. Monoma were not a large part of Neito’s life.
The plan was quite simple really; attack the camp, kidnap Bakugou, convince him to join the League of Villains, Shake the public's trust in Heros to keep them safe. Of course Toga had her own agenda to pursue while they were at it. And it all starts with tracking down a certain blonde student (not Bakugou) who could, unfortunately, be anywhere.
However, Toga ended up running into two girls (one of which she became best friends with!) who took up all of her time until the signal to retreat was sent out and they left.
Blasted frog girl and Uraraka-chan made her miss her chance! (Still love you Uraraka, but really! How could you get between me and my son!!) Even Izuku-chan who brought her heart to a stop at the first glance couldn’t quite lift the failure of her personal mission off her mind. Toga Himiko, though, was not one to give up that easily.
Some planning and possibly a stealth mission were required to bring Neito home. Intel and perfect acting would be the key. Toga smiled at the student files open on her lap; she had the perfect idea.
