Summary
Handsome Jack had been waging a war on the bandits of Pandora, carving a path for peace and prosperity on the desolate rock, until suddenly, one day, he’s not. Hyperion’s presence is a constant on the planet, but the crushingly overwhelming rule of its president has very nearly disappeared, leaving the locals feeling uneasy.
