Summary
Jirou was just trying to get through her life when senior year started. She wanted to make money before college started, wanted to get good grades, and wanted to keep her head down. With her best friends being Momo-the cheer captain-and Mina-who could make friends with anyone-it was a marvel she'd managed to keep herself out of the high school's public eye. When she was told her band had to do the same, it was almost too easy.
Bakugou on the other hand lived in the spotlight. Football team captain meant he couldn't do much of anything without people taking notice, including get a new girlfriend over the summer who turned more than a few heads in surprise. To anyone outside, it looked like he had anything he could have ever wanted... but was it ever going to be enough?
Maybe what the two of them needed was to take a page from each other's books.This fic is set in an American high school because that's all the experience I have and certain elements needed to be centered around things like football games.
