Update:
This story is a dual narrative: one strand follows the Marauders time post-Hogwarts from the perspectives of Remus and Sirius, leading up to Halloween 1981; the other strand follows Remus and Sirius leading to their reunion in PoA. Beyond weaving in a relationship between Remus and Sirius, this story is meant to follow the canon as closely as possible. I plan on updating regularly. I hope you enjoy!

This was originally a one-shot I wrote, but I'm thinking about really turning up the angst and so I'll probably be extending past chapter 1 into an ongoing wolfstar fic, beginning at the end of the Marauders' time at Hogwarts and going until... well, you know the story...
